The main objective of the project is to increase the efficiency and attractiveness of vocational education in the Łomżyń district, as well as to improve the conditions of vocational training adapted to the economic and social needs of the region and to create conditions similar to the real working environment by retrofitting the vocational staff of the Schools’ Centre for Agricultural Education in Marianów. The implementation of the project will enable vocational training to be integrated into the labour market in the Łomża County. Activities in the field of equipping/equipment of the School with equipment, equipment and tools for practical apprenticeships result from the diagnosis of needs carried out by the institution, the School Development Strategy for the years 2018-2023 and are in accordance with the descriptions of the equipment recommended by KOWEZiU for workshop equipment and workshops. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności i atrakcyjności szkolnictwa zawodowego w powiecie łomżyńskim, a także polepszenie warunków kształcenia zawodowego, dostosowanych do potrzeb gospodarczych i społecznych regionu oraz stworzenie warunków zbliżonych do rzeczywistego środowiska pracy zawodowej poprzez doposażenie pracowni zawodowych Zespołu Szkół Centrum Kształcenia Rolniczego w Marianowie. Realizacja projektu umożliwi zintegrowanie kształcenia zawodowego z rynkiem pracy w powiecie łomżyńskim. Działania w zakresie wyposażenia/doposażenia Szkoły w sprzęt, urządzenia i narzędzia do praktycznej nauki zawodu wynikają z diagnozy potrzeb przeprowadzonej przez placówkę, Strategią Rozwoju Szkoły na lata 2018-2023 oraz są zgodne z opisami rekomendowanego przez KOWEZiU wyposażenia pracowni i warsztatów szkolnych.
