Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynków Szpitala Specjalistycznego w Brzozowie Podkarpackiego Ośrodka Onkologicznego im. Ks. B. Markiewicza, będącego budynkiem ochrony zdrowia.Cele szczegółowe:• Poprawa stanu technicznego obiektów;• Zwiększenie efektywności zarządzania energią;• Ograniczenie zapotrzebowania na energię w budynku;• Ograniczenie niskiej emisji gazów cieplarnianych;• Ochrona środowiska;• Obniżenie kosztów operacyjnych.Przedmiot projektu dotyczy przedsięwzięcia inwestycyjnego polegającego na:- Wymianie i przebudowie starych, nieefektywnych technologii i urządzeń kotłowni parowej, wodnej oraz instalacji dogrzewania ciepłej wody (kotły itp.), - Zakupie i instalacji nowych urządzeń nie posiadanych w ramach obecnie pracującej infrastruktury (kolektory słoneczne), - Wykonaniu remontu infrastruktury budowlano/technicznej mieszczącej w/w infrastrukturę oraz współpracującej z w/w infrastrukturą w sposób umożliwiający osiągnięcie jak najwyższych wskaźników efektu przedsięwzięcia ( instalacji ciepła technologicznego, centralnego ogrzewania, instalacji ciepłowniczej pary grzewczej, instalacji centralnej ciepłej wody)- ociepleniu, modernizacji przegród ścian, wentylacji grawitacyjnej, modernizacji instalacji grzewczej i oświetlenia Pawilonów F i G.Zakres planowanych w projekcie prac wynika wprost z przeprowadzonych kompleksowo audytów energetycznych budynków, które będą poddane termomodernizacji. Bezpośrednim rezultatem realizacji projektu będzie m.in. zaoszczędzona energia elektryczna, cieplna, oszczędność kosztów zaopatrzenia w energię.Wymienione cele przedmiotowego projektu są zgodne z zapisami 3 osi priorytetowej Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Podkarpackiego na lata 2014 – 2020, Działania 3.2 Modernizacja energetyczna budynków.
