    Celem głównym projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa 160 osób (w tym 100 kobiet - K) – 96 osób bezrobotnych oraz 64 osób biernych zawodowo, zamieszkałych na obszarze woj. opolskiego w rozumieniu KC, w wieku od 30 r.ż. poprzez zdobycie kwalifikacji niezbędnych do pracy w zawodach zgodnych z ich predyspozycjami i deficytowym zapotrzebowaniem rynku pracy oraz obszarów strategicznych, jak również poprzez pozostałe działania aktywizacyjne (w tym IPD) w okresie 23 m-cy od 1.02.2019r. do 31.12.2020r., a w konsekwencji podjęcie przez co najmniej 68 osób (43 K) zatrudnienia. Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty dzięki zastosowaniu efektywnych instrumentów wspierających zatrudnienie oraz zindywidualizowane, jak również komplementarne do potrzeb rynku pracy wsparcie uczestników. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na problemy występujące na opolskim rynku pracy i stanowi wsparcie dla osób bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo. Celem głównym projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa 160 osób (w tym 100 kobiet - K) – 96 osób bezrobotnych oraz 64 osób biernych zawodowo, zamieszkałych na obszarze woj. opolskiego w rozumieniu KC, w wieku od 30 r.ż. poprzez zdobycie kwalifikacji niezbędnych do pracy w zawodach zgodnych z ich predyspozycjami i deficytowym zapotrzebowaniem rynku pracy oraz obszarów strategicznych, jak również poprzez pozostałe działania aktywizacyjne (w tym IPD) w okresie 27 m-cy od 1.02.2019r. do 30.04.2021r., a w konsekwencji podjęcie przez co najmniej 68 osób (43 K) zatrudnienia. Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty dzięki zastosowaniu efektywnych instrumentów wspierających zatrudnienie oraz zindywidualizowane, jak również komplementarne do potrzeb rynku pracy wsparcie uczestników. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na problemy występujące na opolskim rynku pracy i stanowi wsparcie dla osób bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo. Dla każdego uczestnika projektu zostanie opracowany Indywidualny Plan Działania, a ścieżka wsparcia będzie obejmowała oprócz IPD - poradnictwo zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, szk (Polish)
