The project addresses a problem diagnosed in the Opole Voivodeship with regard to the low level of professional activity among residents of the districts of Prussia, Brest, Nysa, Głubczycki and Namysłów, mainly due to the mismatch of their professional qualifications to the needs of the regional labour market. The target group is 38 physicists who are unemployed (unemployed, job-seekers and inactive jobs), of whom min.90 % are people living in particular disadvantages on the labour market, fulfilling the criteria of GD, residing within the meaning of the CSC and/or those who learn more in the area of the Prussian, Brest, Nysa, Łubczycki or Namysłów voivodeships. The main objective of the project is to increase the level of professional activity and employability of 38 people phys. from GD by providing them with a complex. support for obtaining professional qualifications in the road transport industry by 31.03.2019. In order to achieve the objective of the project and to improve access to the above mentioned persons to the labour market, the applicant will provide comprehensive and individualised support for 38 UP including actions aimed at: 1/Strengthening the skills of active job search (IPD – 2h/person, professional advice. — workshops – 16h/gr., employment intermediation – 2h/person), 2/acquisition of professional qualifications.- courses in the field of driving licence cat.C and/or C+E, ACTIFICIATION OF THE PARTICATION. — 140 hours, ADR course – transport of dangerous materials. — 24 h and 3/acquirement of professional experience in the transport industry. with the participation of employers -organisation of 3 m, paid professional internships for min.50 %UP. The results of the project and its objectives and results will be achieved thanks to the implementation of the.support complex, which will affect the increase in the number of residents of the Opole Voivodeship, which: they will gain qualifications, gain professional experience and take up employment. Projekt odp. na zdiagnozowany na terenie woj. opolskiego problem w zakresie niskiego poziomu aktywności zawodowej wśród mieszkańców powiatów prudnickiego, brzeskiego, nyskiego,głubczyckiego oraz namysłowskiego, wynikający w głównej mierze z niedostosowania kwalifikacji zawodowych tych osób do potrzeb regionalnego rynku pracy. Grupa docelowa to 38 osób fiz. pozostających bez pracy (bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy oraz nieaktywnych zawodowo), z których min.90% to os.znajdujące się w szczeg. niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, spełniających kryteria GD, zamieszkałych w rozumieniu KC i/lub uczących się na terenie powiatów prudnickiego, brzeskiego, nyskiego, głubczyckiego lub namysłowskiego woj. opolskiego, z których co najmniej 20% stanowić będą osoby zamieszkujące obszary wiejskie woj. opolskiego o najtrudniejszej sytuacji rozwojowej. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia 38 os. fiz.z GD poprzez zapewnienie im kompleks. wsparcia w zakresie uzyskania kwalifikacji zawodowych w branży transportu drogowego do 31.03.2019 r. Dla osiągnięcia zakład. celu projektu oraz poprawy dostępu w/w osób do rynku pracy Wnioskodawca zapewni kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane wsparcie dla 38 UP obejmujące działania ukierunkowane na: 1/ wzmocnienie umiejętności aktywnego poszukiwania pracy (IPD – 2h/os.,poradnictwo zawod. – warsztaty – 16h/gr., pośrednictwo pracy-2h/os.), 2/nabycie kwalifikacji zawod.- kursy z zakresu prawa jazdy kat.C i/lub C+E, kurs KWALIFIKACJA WSTĘPNA PRZYŚP. – 140 h, kurs ADR – przewóz materiałów niebezp. – 24 h oraz 3/ zdobycie doświadczenia zawod. w branży transport. przy udziale pracodawców -organizacja 3 m-ych, płatnych staży zawod. dla min.50 %UP. Efekty projektu oraz jego cele i rezultaty osiągnięte zostaną dzięki realizacji kompleks.wsparcia, które wpłynie na zwiększ. liczby osób zamieszkałych woj. opolskie, które: uzyskają kwalifikacje, zdobędą doświadczenie zawodowe i podejmą zatrudnienie.
