The main objective of the project is to increase the level of availability of pre-school education services and to improve its quality in the Cieszanów commune, and thus impact on equalising the development opportunities of children deprived of the possibility of using preschool education. The main objective will be pursued through the following specific objectives: 1. Establishment of public kindergartens in towns: Kowalówka, Nowe Sioło, Nowy Lubliniec and Niemstów as a result of the reconstruction of the buildings of existing schools, which will allow the formation of preschool branches with a total capacity of up to 130 people. 2. Provide children attending the above-mentioned kindergartens with optimal pre-school conditions. 3. Provide professional working conditions for people employed in kindergarten. 4. Improving the safety of preschool children. The project’s material scope includes: construction work related to the implementation of the project’s object: adaptation of school premises in Kowalówka to kindergarten, adaptation of school premises in Nowy Siole to kindergarten, adaptation of school premises in Nowy Lubliniec to kindergarten, adaptation of school premises in Niemstów to kindergarten and purchase of services including SW execution, investor supervision and project promotion. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu dostępności usług wychowania przedszkolnego oraz podniesienie jego jakości na terenie Gminy Cieszanów, a poprzez to wpływ na wyrównanie szans rozwojowych dzieci pozbawionych możliwości korzystania z wychowania przedszkolnego. Cel główny realizowany będzie poprzez następujące cele szczegółowe: 1. Utworzenie przedszkoli publicznych w miejscowościach: Kowalówka, Nowe Sioło, Nowy Lubliniec i Niemstów w wyniku przebudowy budynków istniejących szkół, co umożliwi sformowanie oddziałów przedszkolnych mogących liczyć łącznie maksymalnie 130 osób. 2. Zapewnienie dzieciom uczęszczającym do ww. przedszkoli optymalnych warunków opieki przedszkolnej. 3. Zapewnienie profesjonalnych warunków pracy osobom zatrudnionym w przedszkolu. 4. Zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa dzieci przedszkolnych. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: roboty budowlane związane z wykonaniem przedmiotu projektu: przystosowanie pomieszczeń szkolnych w Kowalówce na przedszkole, przystosowanie pomieszczeń szkolnych w Nowym Siole na przedszkole, przystosowanie pomieszczeń szkolnych w Nowym Lublińcu na przedszkole, przystosowanie pomieszczeń szkolnych w Niemstowie na przedszkole oraz zakup usług obejmujących wykonanie SW, nadzór inwestorski oraz promocję projektu.
