The aim and main result of the project is to reduce social problems in the degraded areas of the municipalities of Tarnobrzeg, Nowa Dęba, Baranów Sandomierski and Gorzyce by restoring or giving new social, economic, recreational and tourist functions to infrastructure covered by the proposal. Tarnobrzeg commune plans to develop areas on Tarnobrzeg Lake degraded after the sulfur industry for recreational, economic and tourist purposes. Nowa Dęba commune plans to rebuild the residential building after metalworks for social and economic purposes, Baranów Sandomierski expansion and reconstruction of the sports hall for recreational, social and educational purposes, Gorzyce ordering and developing degraded space, while the parish in Chmielów provides for the reconstruction/refurbishment of the rectory premises for the creation of a common room for the needs of the inhabitants of the region. A well-prepared infrastructure will serve the objectives of social inclusion and the fight against poverty and will increase job opportunities. The material scope of the proposal is part of the comprehensive revitalisation of degraded areas aimed at social inclusion, improving the quality of life of residents and the economic recovery of the Tarnobrzeg Functional Area. The implementation of the material scope will improve social and territorial cohesion in socially degraded areas and increase the opportunity for comprehensive local development. The products of the project will be among others. : revitalised areas with an area of 2.95 ha, created business area (499.61 m²), public safety improvement system, 95 pieces of equipment and equipment purchased, 705,55 m² of buildings supported by the project. Celem i głównym rezultatem projektu jest ograniczenie problemów społecznych na zdegradowanych terenach gmin Tarnobrzega, Nowej Dęby, Baranowa Sandomierskiego i Gorzyc poprzez przywrócenie lub nadanie nowych funkcji społecznych, gospodarczych, rekreacyjnych i turystycznych infrastrukturze objętej zakresem rzeczowym wniosku. W gminie Tarnobrzeg planuje się zagospodarowanie terenów nad Jeziorem Tarnobrzeskim zdegradowanych po przemyśle siarkowym na cele rekreacyjne, gospodarcze i turystyczne. Gmina Nowa Dęba planuje przebudowę budynku mieszkalnego po zakładach metalowych na cele społeczne i gospodarcze, Baranów Sandomierski rozbudowę i przebudowę hali sportowej z przeznaczeniem na cele rekreacyjne, społeczne i edukacyjne, Gorzyce uporządkowanie i zagospodarowanie zdegradowanej przestrzeni, natomiast Parafia w Chmielowie przewiduje przebudowę/remont pomieszczeń plebani z przeznaczeniem na utworzenie świetlicy na potrzeby mieszkańców regionu. Odpowiednio przygotowana infrastruktura służyć będzie realizacji celów w zakresie włączenia społecznego i walki z ubóstwem oraz wpłynie na zwiększenie możliwości znalezienia zatrudnienia. Zakres rzeczowy przedstawiony we wniosku jest częścią kompleksowych działań rewitalizacyjnych obszarów zdegradowanych, zmierzających do włączenia społecznego, poprawy jakości życia mieszkańców oraz ożywienia gospodarczego Tarnobrzeskiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego. Realizacja zakresu rzeczowego przyczyni się do poprawy spójności społecznej i terytorialnej, na obszarach społecznie zdegradowanych i zwiększy szansę na wszechstronny rozwój lokalny. Produktami projektu będą m.in. : zrewitalizowane obszary o powierzchni 2,95 ha, utworzona powierzchnia pod działalność gospodarczą (499,61 m2), system poprawy bezpieczeństwa publicznego, 95 szt. zakupionego sprzętu i wyposażenia, 705,55 m2 powierzchni budynków objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu. Liczba osób zamieszkujących obszary objęte rewitalizacją wynosi 5 625. (Polish)
