Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu wykorzystania energii OZE w gospodarstwach domowych na terenie Gminy Partnerskich tj. Gminy Miasta Dębica i Gminy Ropczyce.Osiągniecie celu przyczyni się do:- Zmniejszenia udziału instalacji wykorzystujących nieodnawialne zasoby, w ogólnej produkcji energii cieplnej i elektrycznej w gospodarstwach domowych na terenie Gmin Partnerskich,- Zwiększenia wykorzystania potencjału rozwojowego związanego z energią słońca i biomasy, - Zmniejszenia zanieczyszczenia powietrza, - Zmniejszenia poziomu ubóstwa energetycznego wśród mieszkańców, - Poprawy standardu życia mieszkańców (zmniejszenie problemów zdrowotnych, zubożenia społeczeństwa).W ramach projektu zostanie zaprojektowanych i wybudowanych:- 477 szt. instalacji do wytwarzania energii cieplnej (409 instalacji solarnych + 68 kotłów na biomasę), o łącznej mocy 2,70 MWt, w tym w Gminie Miasta Dębica – 318 szt. instalacji (250 instalacji solarnych + 68 kotłów na biomasę) o łącznej mocy 2,12 MWt, w Gminie Ropczyce – 159 szt. instalacji solarnych o łącznej mocy 0,58 MWt;- 494 szt. instalacji fotowoltaicznych, do wytwarzania energii elektrycznej, o łącznej mocy 1,89 MWe , w tym w Gminie Miasta Dębica - 263 szt. o łącznej mocy 0,94 MWe, w Gminie Ropczyce – 231 szt. o łącznej mocy 0,95 MWe;Łącznie zostanie zaprojektowanych i wybudowanych 971 instalacji OZE o mocy 4,59 MW.Gminy Partnerskie zamierzają przeprowadzić jedną wspólną procedurę przetargową (na zadanie 1 i zadanie 2), przy czym każdy z partnerów podpisze odrębną umowę z wykonawcą/ wykonawcami wyłonionymi w drodze przetargu (każdy parter w zakresie prac wykonywanych na swoim terenie).
