The main objective of the project is to increase the production of energy from RES and its use in the final energy consumption in the city of Przeworsk and Błażowa, thanks to the implementation of investments in the construction of units of electricity and heat generation, in a distributed system, for final consumers – residents of households located in the designated municipalities. In order to achieve the project objectives, the production of energy from RES in distributed sources will increase, greenhouse gas emissions and costs of energy consumption in households will be reduced. The project’s material scope includes the construction of energy generation units from RES: in the Municipality of Przeworsk: — photovoltaic panels (from 1,62 to 8.64 kW/piece) 134 pieces, – solar installations (from 3.26 to 6.52 kW/piece) 208 pcs, – class 5 boilers for biomass (15 to 25 kW/piece) 32 pcs. In the Błażowa Commune: — photovoltaic panels (from 1,62 to 8.64 kW/piece) 275 pieces, – solar installations (from 3.26 to 6.52 kW/piece) 210 pcs, – class 5 boilers for biomass (15 to 30 kW/piece) 84 pcs. The project leader will ensure the preparation, implementation and coordination of the project in a comprehensive way. A total of 691 households, of which 230 affected by energy poverty, will be covered. The declared power from RES will be: photovoltaic panels – 1.46 MW, solar collectors – 1.65 MW, biomass boilers – 2.29 MW. The cost-effectiveness of the project will be PLN 2 505 518,45/MW. The project is compatible with PGN partner municipalities. Residents declared to contribute their own contribution of 15 % net plus VAT, the cost of RES installation. The project does not require a construction permit or a declaration of construction works. Projekt „parasolowy” realizowany w partnerstwie (Lider-Gmina Miejska Przeworsk, Partner – Gmina Błażowa). Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost produkcji energii pochodzącej z OZE i jej wykorzystanie w finalnym zużyciu energii w mieście Przeworsk i Gminie Błażowa, dzięki realizacji inwestycji w zakresie budowy jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej i ciepła, w systemie rozproszonym, dla odbiorców końcowych – mieszkańców gospodarstw domowych położonych na terenie wskazanych gmin. W związku z osiągnięciem celów projektu zwiększy się wytwarzanie energii z OZE w źródłach rozproszonych, zmniejszy się poziom emisji gazów cieplarnianych oraz koszty zużycia energii w gospodarstwach domowych. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje budowę jednostek wywarzania energii z OZE: w Gminie Miejskiej Przeworsk: - panele fotowoltaiczne (od 1,62 do 8,64 kW/szt.) 134 szt., - instalacje solarne (od 3,26 do 6,52 kW/szt.) 208 szt., - kotły klasy 5 na biomasę (od 15 do 25 kW/szt.) 32 szt. W Gminie Błażowa: - panele fotowoltaiczne (od 1,62 do 8,64 kW/szt.) 275 szt., - instalacje solarne (od 3,26 do 6,52 kW/szt.) 210 szt., - kotły klasy 5 na biomasę (od 15 do 30 kW/szt.) 84 szt. Lider projektu w kompleksowy sposób zapewni przygotowanie, realizację i koordynację projektu. Łącznie projektem zostanie objętych 691 gospodarstw domowych, w tym 230 dotkniętych ubóstwem energetycznym. Moc zadeklarowana z OZE wyniesie: panele fotowoltaiczne – 1,46 MW, kolektory słoneczne – 1,65 MW, kotły na biomasę – 2,29 MW. Efektywność kosztowa projektu wyniesie 2 505 518,45 PLN/MW. Projekt jest zgodny z PGN gmin partnerskich. Mieszkańcy zadeklarowali wniesienie wkładu własnego w wysokości 15% netto plus podatek VAT, kosztu instalacji OZE. Projekt nie wymaga uzyskania pozwoleń na budowę ani zgłoszenia robót budowlanych. Wnioskodawca zapewnia że w ramach projektu zastosowane zostaną mechanizmy uwzględniające wszystkich użytkowników zgodnie z zasadami projektowania uniwersalnego. (Polish)
