At present, the local base of the Municipal Kindergarten in Kańczuga is provided with a place for 150 children. This does not meet the needs of all parents to take their child into kindergarten (for the 2018/2019 school year, 13 children were not admitted to kindergarten due to lack of vacancies). Demand is dictated by the growing awareness of understanding the rank of early preschool education in compensating development deficits and increasing the chances of success in later stages of education. In the period from September 2019 to the end of June 2020, it is planned to organise additional activities for 110 children (55dz/55chł) attending kindergarten (including those operating within the new 12-person group): Development classes in English (using ICT digital tools and technologies); Classes on the basis of programming; Classes developing mathematical and natural competences; Corrective gymnastics class. In addition, the project plans to: Increasing the number of preschool places by creating a new preschool group of 12 people; Purchase of equipment, assistance and ensuring the day-to-day operation of the new preschool group by 12 m; Employment of a preschool teacher (1 persons) for a new group; Improving the competence of teaching staff through the participation of teachers in training courses (8k/0m); Equipping the kindergarten with modern ICT equipment and equipping rooms in the field of mathematical and natural, language and programming basics. All the activities carried out are the result of the diagnosis carried out by the kindergarten and complement the activities carried out by the branch before the start of the project. W chwili obecnej w bazie lokalowej Miejsko-Gminnego Przedszkola w miejscowości Kańczuga zapewnione jest miejsce dla 150 dzieci. Nie zaspokaja to potrzeb wszystkich rodziców w kwestii przyjęcia ich dziecka do przedszkola (na rok szkolny 2018/2019 13 dzieci nie zostało przyjętych do przedszkola z powodu braku wolnych miejsc). Zapotrzebowanie podyktowane jest obserwowanym od kilku lat wzrostem świadomości w zakresie rozumienia rangi wcześnie rozpoczętej edukacji przedszkolnej w wyrównywaniu deficytów rozwojowych i zwiększeniu szansy sukcesów w późniejszych etapach edukacji. W okresie od września 2019 r. do końca czerwca 2020 r. planuje się zorganizowanie zajęć dodatkowych dla 110 dzieci (55dz/55chł) uczęszczających do przedszkola (w tym funkcjonujących w ramach nowopowstałej 12 osobowej grupy): ? zajęcia rozwijające z j. angielskiego (z wykorzystaniem narzędzi i technologii cyfrowych TIK); ? zajęcia z zakresu podstaw programowania; ? zajęcia rozwijające kompetencje matematyczno-przyrodnicze; ? zajęcia z zakresu gimnastyki korekcyjnej. Ponadto w ramach projektu planowane jest: ? zwiększenie liczby miejsc przedszkolnych przez utworzenie nowej 12 osobowej grupy przedszkolnej; ? zakup wyposażenia, pomocy i zapewnienie bieżącego funkcjonowania nowopowstałej grupy przedszkolnej przez 12 m-cy; ? zatrudnienie nauczyciela wychowania przedszkolnego (1 os.) dla nowopowstałej grupy; ? podniesienie kompetencji kadry pedagogicznej poprzez udział nauczycieli w szkoleniach, kursach kwalifikacyjnych (8k/0m); ? wyposażenie przedszkola w nowoczesny sprzęt TIK oraz doposażenie sal w zakresie realizacji zajęć matematyczno-przyrodniczych, językowych oraz z zakresu podstaw programowania. Wszystkie realizowane działania są wynikiem przeprowadzonej przez przedszkole diagnozy i stanowią uzupełnienie prowadzonych działań przez oddział przed rozpoczęciem projektu.
