    Cel: Zwiększenie dostępu do wysokiej jakości usług eduk. przedszk. na terenie Rz-wa poprzez utworzenie nowych MWP w II oddziale Niepubl. Przed. Przyjaciele z Podwórka w Rz-wie dla 20 dz. (9 K, 11 M). Wysoka jakość usług eduk. zostanie zapewniona poprzez realizację dodatk. zajęć wyrównujących i zwiększających szanse eduk. dz. Ponadto poprzez zwiększenie kompetencji N przedsz. (udział w studiach podyplomowych). Grupa docelowa: 1) 20 dz. (9K, 11M) w wieku przedszk., tj. w wieku 3 do 5 lat. W uzasadnionych przypadkach do proj. zostaną przyjęte dz., które ukończyły 2,5 r. Wszystkie dz. muszą zamieszkiwać woj. podkarp. W proj. wezmą udział dz. mieszkające w Rz-wie oraz w gm. sąsiednich. Na podstawie analizy danych GUS nt. liczby dz. urodz. i zameld. na terenie Rz-wa wskazano podział gr. docelowej na płeć (45% K i 55% M) (uwarunk. demograficzne). 2) Nowoutworzony II oddział OWP na obszarze Rz-wa w woj. podk. Zaplanowana do utworzenia liczba nowych MWP odpowiada faktycznemu i prognozow. w perspektywie 3-letniej zapotrzebowaniu na usługi eduk. przedsz. w Rz-wie. 3) Kadra pedagog. zatrudniona w nowoutworzonym II oddziale OWP. Planuje się zatrudnić 2 N oraz pomoc N na umowę o pracę. N dzięki wybranym formom doskonalenia zawodowego będą mogli rozwinąć swoją wiedzę i umiejętności wychow. oraz skuteczniej wpływać na wszechstronny rozwój dz.
