CEL: Zwiększenie dostępności usług społ. oraz usług wsparcia rodz. poprzez utworzenie PWD prowadzonej w formie opiek. pn. Świetlica „Mrówka”, a także pomoc w opiece i wych. dzieci oraz wsparcie w postaci usług specj. i asystentury 40 osób zagr. ubós. lub wykl. społ. zamieszk. GTW w okresie 1.03.2017r. -31.12.2018r. Główne rezultaty: -objęcie wsparciem 20UP przeżywających trudności w wypełnianiu ról opiekuńczo - wychow. w formie usług prawnych i psycholog. -wzmocnienie funkcji opiek. - wychow. poprzez pracę asystenta rodziny w 20 rodz. -utworzenie nowej PWD na terenie gminy, w której nie ma żadnej PWD -wsparcie1 miejsca świadczenia usług społ. istniejących przez min. 2 lata po zakończonym proj. -objęcie wsparciem 20 dzieci w zakresie opieki i wychow., pomocy w nauce, organizacji czasu wolnego, zabawę i zajęcia sportowe oraz rozwój zainteresowań w ramach PWD prowadzonej w formie opiekuńczej -poprawa syt. finan. 16 rodz. poprzez wypłatę zas. okresowych Główne zad. i grupa doc.: -rekrutacja -porad. prawne i psycholog. dla 20UP -praca asystenta z 20 rodz. -zorganiz. treningu komp. rodzinnych "Szkoła dla dzieci" dla 20 dzieci oraz "Szkoła dla rodziców" dla 20 dorosłych -utworzenie PWD w GTW zgodnie z ustawą o wspier. rodziny i systemie pieczy zastęp. dla dzieci -realizacja działań i zadań PWD zgodnie z w/w ustawą oraz prowadzenie zajęć rozwijających co najmniej 2 z ośmiu kompetencji kluczowych wskazanych w zaleceniu Parl. Europ. i Rady z 18.12.2006r. w spr. komp. kluczowych w procesie uczenia się przez całe życie i zgodnie z Wytycz. w zakre. reali. przed. w obszarze włącz. społecz. i zwalczania ubóst. z wykorzystaniem środków EFS i EFRR na lata 2014-2020 (działania skierowane będą do 20 dzieci). Szczegółowy opis zajęć opisany jest w pkt V wnios. (Zad.3) -pomoc finan. w post. zas. okres. dla 16 UP - rodz.(zakłada się, że 4UP może nie kwalifikować się do otrzymania świadczenia finans. ze względu na kryterium dochodowe, ale ale korzysta ze wsparcia GOPS (Polish)

OBJECTIVE: Increase the availability of community services and support services by creating PWD in the form of care. Common room “Mryka” as well as assistance in care and e.g. children as well as support in the form of special services and assistants of 40 people in charge of poverty or out. social indwelling. GTW in the period 1.03.2017 —31.12.2018r. The main results are: —supporting 20UPs experiencing difficulties in fulfilling the roles of caring and educating in the form of legal services and psychologist. —reinforcement of care function. — educating through the work of a family assistant in 20. — creation of a new PWD in the commune where there is no PWD -support1 place of provision of social services existing for at least 2 years after completion of the project. —supporting 20 children in the field of care and parenting, assistance in learning, organisation of leisure time, play and sports activities and development of interests within PWD conducted in the form of care -improvement of finan system. 16 rg. by payment of periodic stock Main butt and group doc.: —recruitment -legal advice and psychologist. for 20UP – work of the assistant from 20 families. —organisation of family comp. training “School for children” for 20 children and “School for parents” for 20 adults – creation of PWD in the GTW in accordance with the Act on Family Support and Care System for Children – implementation of activities and tasks of PWD in accordance with the above-mentioned Act and conducting classes developing at least 2 of the eight key competences indicated in the Parl recommendation. Europe and the Council of 18.12.2006 in the key aspects of lifelong learning and in line with the ESF and ERDF funds for the period 2014-2020 (actions targeting 20 children) in the area of inclusion and combating poverty with the use of ESF and ERDF funds for the period 2014-2020.
