Property / summary
The main objective of the project is ‘Creating conditions for the development of entrepreneurship and employment in the commune of Dębica through the development of tourist and recreational infrastructure and spa therapeutics on the basis of endogenous therapeutic water reserves’. The project aims to build on the existing endogenous potential, which will lead to an increase in the touristic attractiveness of the municipality and increased entrepreneurship among its inhabitants. In addition, the project will lead to the creation of a unique district of the site, the development of the thermal function of the province and the extension of the audience of the public to the locality. The project aims at building elements of tourist and recreational infrastructure (including spa treatment facilities): the pijni building, the toilet building, the tetanus brine, street furniture, playground facilities, the outdoor room, the paving of the ground on the building parcel and the landscape. Paving of the surface of the ground refers to a pavement secured in a playground (polyurethane), a natural grass at a playground facility and a hardened concrete cube for actuators and communications. The use of violent equipment is in several applications from the municipality of Debica to the end of the project under Action 6.1. The 2014-2020 ROP PP, in each case, are separate parts of the area which did not overlap with other applications. The designed components of the external cylinder within the framework of this project are: widerlarz + pylon type device + a football press; gear type + pylon + orbit type device; steper + pylon type device + pendulum. Street furniture and playground facilities will consist of: chess and chik games, huissiers storyhead, weighing-ball platform, balancing platform, toy fire service, musical cymbalns, musical quanks, musical dies, music, contraband, modular benches, backrest and litter bins.     Głównym celem projektu jest "Stworzenie warunków do rozwoju przedsiębiorczości i zatrudnienia na terenie Gminy Dębica poprzez rozwój infrastruktury turystycznej i rekreacyjnej oraz urządzeń lecznictwa uzdrowiskowego w oparciu o endogeniczne zasoby wód leczniczych". Projekt ma na celu wykorzystanie istniejącego potencjału endogenicznego, co prowadzić będzie do zwiększenia atrakcyjności turystycznej gminy oraz wzrostu przedsiębiorczości wśród jej mieszkańców. Dodatkowo realizacja projektu przyczyni się do powstania unikatowego w skali powiatu obiektu, rozwoju funkcji uzdrowiskowych województwa i powiększenia grona odbiorców atrakcji gminy. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa elementów infrastruktury turystycznej i rekreacyjnej (w tym w zakresie urządzeń lecznictwa uzdrowiskowego): budynku pijalni, budynku toalet, tężni solankowej, obiektów małej architektury, placu zabaw, siłowni zewnętrznej, utwardzenie powierzchni gruntu na działce budowlanej oraz zagospodarowanie zieleni. Utwardzenie powierzchni gruntu dotyczy nawierzchni bezpiecznej na placu zabaw (poliuretanowa), naturalnej trawiastej pod urządzeniami placu zabaw oraz utwardzonej kostką betonową pod urządzaniami siłowni oraz komunikacji. Urządzenia siłowe pojawiają się w kilku wnioskach Gminy Dębica o dofin. projektów. w ramach działania 6.1. RPO WP 2014–2020, w każdym przypadku są to odrębne elementu zagosp. terenu nie pokrywające się z innymi wnioskami. Zaprojektowane elementy siłowni zewnętrznej w ramach niniejszego projektu to: urządzenie typu wioślarz + pylon + prasa nożna; urządzenie typu biegacz + pylon + orbitrek; urządzenie typu steper + pylon + wahadło. Obiekty małej architektury i plac zabaw składać się będą ze: stołu do gry w szachy i chińczyka, huśtawki bocianie gniazdo, ważki miejskiej, platformy do balansowania, zestawu zabawowego straż pożarna, muzycznych cymbałków, muzycznej harfy, muzycznego kontrabasu, ławek modułowych, ławek z oparciem oraz koszów na śmieci.
