CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU: Wzrost aktywności społeczno-zawodowej 50 UP(30K i 20M) będących osobami zagrożonymi ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkałych na terenie powiatu bielskiego, powiatu wysokomazowieckiego, powiatu siemiatyckiego i powiatu hajnowskiego w terminie 01.07.2019-28.02.2021r. GŁÓWNE REZULTATY: 1.Wskaźnik efektywności społecznej w odniesieniu do osób z niepełnosprawnościami -min.34% 2.Wskaźnik efektywności społecznej w odniesieniu do pozostałych osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym- min. 34 % 4.Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej w odniesieniu do z niepełnosprawnościami -min.12% 3.Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej w odniesieniu do pozostałych osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym-min.25% GRUPA DOCELOWA:Osoby lub rodziny zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkałe na terenie powiatu bielskiego, powiatu wysokomazowieckiego, powiatu siemiatyckiego i powiatu hajnowskiego .Podstawowymi UP będzie 50 osób (30 kobiet i 20 mężczyzn) należących do GD. GŁÓWNE ZADANIA: 1.Indywidualna Ścieżka Reintegracji-cz.1 2.Reintegracja indywidualna 3.Reintegracja grupowa 4.Indywidualna Ścieżka Reintegracji-cz.2 5.Reintegracja zawodowa 6.Pośrednictwo pracy 7.Szkolenia i kursy zawodowe 8.Staże zawodowe 9. Rekrutacja PR realizuje typ projektu nr1. PR wpisuje się w kategorię nr2:"realizowany w pełni lub częściowo przez partnerów społecznych lub organizacje pozarządowe".W PR spełnione są wszystkie warunki określone w regulaminie konkursu na podstawie WytycznycH w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć w obszarze włączenia społecznego i zwalczania ubóstwa z wykorzystaniem środków EFS i EFRR na lata 2014-2020 oraz właściwych regulacji IZ/prawnych odnośnie realziowanego typu PR(nr1)/form wsparcia zaplanowanych w PR.
