The project is a current response to the problem of low socio-occupational activity of women from the Bialystok Subregion experiencing multiple social exclusion due to care for dependent persons and unemployment. A set of comprehensive and individualised forms of support has been developed to ensure sustainable social inclusion and enhance their employability. Support instruments, including sequential support for multi-sector partnerships and the most effective activities in the area of active inclusion under ROPS B-Stok 2015, have been adapted to the specific needs of age groups and address the causes of social exclusion affecting K caring for the dependent. An INDIVIDUAL WATCH TOWER of reintegration of each participant will be developed through environmental interview, psychological diagnosis, Balance of Competence. In order to sustain motivation and develop potential, each BO will be under the care of its mentor throughout the project, and will participate in psychosocial skills development workshops, support groups, meetings with psychologist/psychotherapist, legal and civil counseling. Dependents will also receive psycho- and sociotherapeutic support. Support for professional competences of BO, taking into account diagnosed professional predispositions, will include a vocational course completed by examination, active job search workshops, individual job intermediation and professional traineeship, where BO will acquire professional experience and adaptability in the workplace, and the most active will be employed. Individualised and comprehensive support is a good practice in the field of socio-occupational activation developed by the Applicant and Partners, will contribute to raising psychosocial competences, increasing professional activity and social reintegration of 60 K (including at least 30 % 50+) from the Bialystok Subregion, experiencing multiple social exclusion. Instrumenty wsparcia, uwzględniające sekwencyjne wsparcie wielosektorowego partnerstwa i najbardziej skuteczne działania z obszaru aktywnej integracji wg ROPS B-stok 2015, zostały zaadaptowane do konkretnych potrzeb grup wiekowych i uwzględniają przyczyny wykluczenia społecznego dotykającego K opiekujące się osobą zależną.
