The subject of the project is preparation of pre-project and project documentation necessary for the implementation of the project “Regeneration of railway line No. 288 Nysa – Brzeg”. The documentation obtained as a result of the Project will allow to start work on railway line No. 288 on the Nysa-Brzeg section. The project documentation will cover the scope of work broken down into the following sections: • FLIGHT A: Lk No 288 Nysa – Brzeg in km 0.236-26.453 (road); • FLIGHT B: Lk No. 288 Nysa – Brzeg in km 26.453-27.638 (LPO Grodków Śląski and trail); • FLIGHT C: Lk No. 288 Nysa – Brzeg in km 27.638-47.631 (road). The documentation relates to a railway line located in the Opolskie voivodship in the districts of Nyski and Brzeski, in municipalities: Skoroszyce, Nysa, Pakosławice, Brzeg, Olszanka, Grodków, Skarbimierz. On the railway line covered by the Project there is passenger and freight traffic, with many speed limitations on certain sections. The current status of the railway line covered by the Project is unsatisfactory, which means that, given the current and forecast traffic of regional and long-distance trains, the line capacity is insufficient. In addition, there is a lack of adaptation of travellers‘facilities to the location of human and travel destinations and the poor condition of the travellers’ facilities, making it difficult for travellers to use them conveniently, including persons with reduced mobility. The project documentation should contain elements that are intended to meet all the objectives of the project. The project was divided into the following tasks: 1. Development of pre-project documentation 2. Preparation of project documentation As part of preparation of pre-project and project documentation necessary for the implementation of the project, the applicant will be run a project office in the Opolskie Voivodeship. Przedmiotem Projektu jest przygotowanie dokumentacji przedprojektowej i projektowej niezbędnej do realizacji przedsięwzięcia „Rewitalizacja linii kolejowej nr 288 Nysa - Brzeg ”. Uzyskana dokumentacja w wyniku Projektu pozwoli na podjęcie prac na linii kolejowej nr 288 na odcinku Nysa -Brzeg. Dokumentacja projektowa dotyczyć będzie zakresu prac w podziale na następujące odcinki: • LOT A: lk nr 288 Nysa – Brzeg w km 0,236-26,453 (szlak); • LOT B: lk nr 288 Nysa – Brzeg w km 26,453-27,638 (LPO Grodków Śląski i szlak); • LOT C: lk nr 288 Nysa – Brzeg w km 27,638-47,631 (szlak). Dokumentacja dotyczy linii kolejowej zlokalizowanej w województwie opolskim w powiatach Nyskim i Brzeskim, w gminach: Skoroszyce, Nysa, Pakosławice, Brzeg, Olszanka, Grodków, Skarbimierz. Na linii kolejowej objętej Projektem prowadzony jest ruch pasażerski oraz towarowy, z wieloma ograniczeniami prędkości na określonych odcinkach. Obecny stan linii kolejowej objętej Projektem jest niezadawalający, co powoduje, że biorąc pod uwagę bieżące i prognozowane natężenie ruchu pociągów regionalnych i dalekobieżnych, przepustowość linii jest niewystarczająca. Poza tym występuje niedostosowanie rozmieszczenia obiektów obsługi podróżnych do lokalizacji siedzib ludzkich i celów podróży oraz zły stan obiektów obsługi podróżnych, utrudniający wygodne korzystanie z nich przez podróżnych, w tym osoby o ograniczonej możliwości poruszania się. Dokumentacja projektowa powinna zawierać elementy, które mają na celu spełnić wszystkie cele projektu. Projekt został podzielony na następujące zadania: 1. Opracowanie dokumentacji przedprojektowej 2. Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej W ramach przygotowanie dokumentacji przedprojektowej i projektowej niezbędnej do realizacji przedsięwzięcia Wnioskodawca będzie prowadzone biuro projektowe na terenie województwa opolskiego.
