The project mainly concerns the renovation of the historic cultural heritage object, which is the parish church of St. Bartholomew in Jarnołtek, in order to increase its technical standard, including adaptation to safety requirements resulting from current legislation, taking into account the needs of people with disabilities. The object is entered in the register of monuments of the Opolskie voivodship – item. 726 pursuant to Decision No 59/2008 of 29.02.2008 and is located in zone B of conservation protection established in the local spatial development plan for Jarnołtówek, in the Polish-Czech border area. However, this historic church may soon be closed to visitors, because its present condition, in particular the roof, is insufficient and requires urgent repair and construction work to prevent further deterioration and possible construction disaster. As part of the project, the construction and assembly works will be carried out, consisting of exchanging the destroyed roof cover of the church for new copper sheet in the main nave and presbytery. The task is to replace the old roofing from zinc sheet with new copper sheet with repair of damaged elements of the wooden structure. An additional, complementary element of the project, aimed at improving accessibility to the site as a cultural property, are educational activities and informing about the cultural heritage object. The implementation of the project will allow the following products to be achieved: 1.Number of projects which financed the costs of rational improvement for people with disabilities – 1 project; 2. Projekt dotyczy przede wszystkim remontu zabytkowego obiektu dziedzictwa kulturowego, jakim jest kościół parafialny pw. św. Bartłomieja w Jarnołtówku, w celu podwyższenia jego standardu technicznego, w tym dostosowania do wymogów bezpieczeństwa wynikających z aktualnych przepisów prawa, z uwzględnieniem potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Obiekt wpisany jest do rejestru zabytków województwa opolskiego - poz. 726 na podstawie decyzji nr 59/2008 z 29.02.2008 oraz znajduje się w strefie B ochrony konserwatorskiej ustanowionej w miejscowym planie zagospodarowania przestrzennego dla miejscowości Jarnołtówek, na terenie pogranicza polsko-czeskiego. Ten zabytkowy kościół może wkrótce jednak zostać zamknięty dla zwiedzających, ponieważ jego obecny stan, w szczególności dachu, jest niedostateczny i wymaga przeprowadzenia pilnych prac remontowo-budowlanych w celu zabezpieczenia przed dalszym pogarszaniem się i przed ewentualną katastrofą budowlaną. W ramach realizowanego projektu zostaną przede wszystkim wykonane roboty budowlano-montażowe polegające na przeprowadzeniu wymiany zniszczonego pokrycia dachu kościoła na nowe z blachy miedzianej w nawie głównej i prezbiterium. Zadanie dotyczy wymiany starego pokrycia dachowego z blachy cynkowej na nowe z blachy miedzianej wraz z remontem uszkodzonych elementów konstrukcji drewnianej. Dodatkowym, uzupełniającym elementem projektu, służącym poprawie dostępności do obiektu jako dobra kultury są działania edukacyjne i informujące o obiekcie dziedzictwa kulturowego. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na osiągnięcie następujących produktów: 1.Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami- 1 projekt; 2. Liczba zabytków nieruchomych objętych wsparciem - 1 zabytek; 3. Liczba wspartych obiektów dziedzictwa kulturowego - 1 obiekt. (Polish)
