    Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest zapewnienie dostępu do szerokiego zakresu wysokiej jakości usług publicznych świadczonych drogą elektroniczną oraz zwiększenie dostępu do cyfrowej informacji sektora publicznego dla wszystkich interesariuszy Starostwa Powiatowego i Urzędu Miasta w Jaśle. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: - wdrożenie systemu dialogu społecznego dla Urzędu Miasta i jednostek organizacyjnych Miasta Jasła, - wdrożenie w Urzędzie portalu podatkowego, - rozbudowa systemu elektronicznego obiekgu dokumentów w Urzędzie i jednostkach organizacyjnych, - opracowanie formularzy i wykonanie wszystkich e-usług, - opracowanie danych warstw GIS i opracowanie API, - dostosowanie elektronicznego systemu dialogu społecznego na potrzeby Starostwa Powiatowego, - opracowanie i wdrożenie e-usługi na platformie ePUAP w zakresie dialogu społecznego i podatków (27 szt.), - opracowanie i wdrożenie przez Powiat Jasielski e-usług na platformie ePUAP (4 szt.) w zakresie dialogu społecznego oraz zamieszczenie opracowanego w ramach projektu systemu ewidencji dróg miejskich na podkładzie mapowym GIS, - dostawa sprzętu komputerowego i oprogramowania, - wykonanie plakatów promocyjnych, - nadzór inżyniera kontraktu.
