The subject of the project is: — reconstruction and adaptation of the attic of the Miejsko-Gminny Cultural Activity Centre building at ul. 3 May 6 in Ujazd for educational and cultural purposes – reconstruction of the ground floor of the Municipal Office building in Ujazd on ul. Sławięcicka 19 for educational and cultural purposes. In addition, the project will also carry out work related to the implementation of investor and copyright supervision and the promotion of the project. The costs of the project also include expenses related to the development of the feasibility study of the project. Both buildings covered by the project are located in the area entered in the register of monuments of the Opolskie voivodship – register no. 154/1957, covered by the zone of strict conservation protection type “A”, the building of the Municipal Office is listed in the municipal records of the monument. The project will allow to create a new area for cultural activities (the UM building operates and is accessible, but the ground floor planned for conversion into cultural activity has low functional and aesthetic parameters, while the attic of the MGODK building is currently excluded from use). The project aims to increase accessibility to the cultural infrastructure of the Municipality of Ujazd, by increasing the quality of the cultural offer of the municipality and improving the security and conditions of the use of this offer. Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Gmina Ujazd. Gmina posiada niezbędną do skutecznego wdrożenia projektu wiedzę oraz dysponuje właściwym przygotowaniem organizacyjno-technicznym do realizacji projektu. W imieniu gminy powstałą infrastrukturą zarządzał będzie Miejsko-Gminny Ośrodek Działalności Kulturalnej w Ujeździe (jednostka budżetowa gminy). Przedmiotem projektu jest: - przebudowa i adaptacja poddasza budynku Miejsko-Gminnego Ośrodka Działalności Kulturalnej przy ul. 3 Maja 6 w Ujeździe na cele edukacyjno-kulturalne - przebudowa parteru budynku Urzędu Miejskiego w Ujeździe przy ul. Sławięcickiej 19 na cele edukacyjno-kulturalne. Ponadto w ramach przedsięwzięcia przeprowadzone zostaną również prace związane z pełnieniem nadzorów inwestorskiego i autorskiego oraz promocją projektu. W kosztach projektu ujęto również wydatki związane z opracowaniem Studium wykonalności projektu. Oba objęte projektem budynki znajdują się w obszarze wpisanym do rejestru zabytków województwa opolskiego – nr rejestru 154/1957, objętego strefą ścisłej ochrony konserwatorskiej typu „A”, budynek Urzędu Miejskiego figuruje w gminnej ewidencji zabytk. Przedsięwzięcie pozwoli na stworzenie nowej przestrzeni do prowadzenia działalności kulturalnej (budynek UM funkcjonuje i jest dostępny, jednakże planowany do przebudowy na działalność kulturalną parter posiada niskie parametry funkcjonalne i estetyczne, natomiast poddasze budynku MGODK jest obecnie wyłączone z użytkowania). Projekt zmierza do zwiększenia dostępności do infrastruktury kulturalnej Gminy Ujazd, poprzez wzrost jakości oferty kulturalnej gminy oraz poprawę bezpieczeństwa oraz warunków korzystania z tejże oferty. Produkty projektu: - Liczba zabytków nieruchomych objętych wsparciem -2 szt.. - Liczba wspartych obiektów dziedzictwa kulturowego – 2szt. - Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 2 szt. - Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnością (Polish)
