The project in question provides for the purchase of an innovative hybrid mouse and its installation in a building owned by SPEED OIL, based in Korczyniew.The project aims to develop an enterprise and increase its competitiveness on the regional market by setting up a hybrid automatic car washing machine which allows the customer to wash not only passenger cars, but also vans and BUS. The introduction of a washing facility will make it possible to introduce a modern vehicle washing service using an innovative system of gatekeepers. the functionality and modernity of the above-mentioned system is mainly linked to the possibility of separate stages in the washing of the vehicles, including initial washing, primary washing and final washing as well as for drying and drying in one process cycle. The project will allow the placing on the market of a new service not yet provided by the applicant. The waste water used during the aeration (aeration) process to later pumping through the filter mill and fins will be used in the washing process. In washing, the market is working in the open circuit, with the need for continuous supply of the system from the water supply network. The water recovery system shall allow recovery from the washing process at a level of 85 %. There are also solutions in the field of information and communication technologies, in order to improve and improve the quality of the service. The project consists of the implementation of an innovative washing service with fully automated technology solutions in an automatic port washing facility, is unique to three years. (English)

    Przedmiotowa realizacja projektu przewiduje zakup innowacyjnej myjni hybrydowej i jej instalację w budynku będącym własnością firmy SPEED OIL, mieszczącą się w Korczynie.Celem projektu jest rozwój przedsiębiorstwa i podniesienie jego konkurencyjności na rynku regionalnym poprzez uruchomienie hybrydowej automatycznej myjni samochodowej, która umożliwia klientowi umycie nie tylko samochodów osobowych ale i samochodów dostawczych czy BUS. Uruchomienie myjni umożliwi wprowadzenie nowoczesnej usługi mycia pojazdów z zastosowaniem innowacyjnego systemu automatycznej myjni portalowej.Funkcjonalność i nowoczesność wyżej wymienionego systemu jest głównie związana z możliwością realizacji odrębnych etapów mycia pojazdów, w tym mycia wstępnego, mycia zasadniczego oraz mycia finalnego, jak również woskowania i suszenia w jednym cyklu procesowym. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na wprowadzenie na rynek nowej, dotychczas nie świadczonej przez wnioskodawcę usługi.Planowana do zakupu innowacyjna myjnia posiada rzadko spotykane w systemach myjni automatycznych portalowych - czyli system pomp zintegrowany z systemem odzysku wody użytkowej z procesu mycia. Zużyta woda w procesie aeracji (napowietrzania) w celu późniejszego przepompowywania poprzez złoże filtracyjne i finalnie zostanie zastosowana w procesie mycia. Myjnie na rynku pracują w tzw układzie otwartym, z potrzebą ciągłego zasilania układu z sieci wodociągowej. System odzysku wody umożliwia odzysk z procesu mycia na poziomie 85%. W myjni zastosowane są również rozwiązania z zakresu technologii informacyjno komunikacyjnych, dla usprawnienia i podwyższenia jakości realizacji usługi jest sterowanie mikroprocesorowe myjni. Projekt to wdrożenie innowacyjnej usługi mycia z zastosowaniem w pełni zautomatyzowanych rozwiązań technologicznych w automatycznej myjni portalowej jest rozwiązaniem unikatowych w skali kraju do trzech lat.
