The project “Improving transport accessibility of investment areas in Łapach” concerns the construction of a municipal road – ul. Nilskiego – Łapinski and 2 sections of ul. Sugar to improve transport accessibility to investment areas in Łapach. As part of the initiative, 700 mb of new roads will be built and 762 metres of roads will be rebuilt. The main objective of the project is to create favourable conditions for doing business in Łapa Municipality by improving the transport accessibility to the investment areas in Łapay. The achievement of the strategic objective shall consist of the following sub-targets: — creating infrastructure for the needs of investors – creating conditions for the development of companies Project indicators: — length of new roads (0.70 km) – length of modernised or reconstructed roads (0.76 km) The target group of the project will be entrepreneurs carrying out production activities, intending to invest in Łapy Municipality and residents of the Łapy Municipality. Projekt "Poprawa dostępności komunikacyjnej terenów inwestycyjnych w Łapach " dotyczy budowy drogi gminnej – ul. Nilskiego – Łapińskiego oraz 2 odcinków ul. Cukrowniczej zapewniających poprawę dostępności komunikacyjnej do terenów inwestycyjnych w Łapach. W ramach inicjatywy powstanie 700 mb nowej drogi, a 762 mb dróg zostanie przebudowanych. W ramach projektu będą wykonane następujące zadania: - przygotowanie dokumentacji projektowej - prace rozbiórkowe kolidujących budynków - prace w branży drogowej - budowa sieci sanitarnej - prace w branży elektrycznej - budowa linii oświetleniowej oraz przebudowa urządzeń - prace w branży telekomunikacyjnej. Poza tym w ramach projektu zaplanowano promocję i nadzór inwestorski. Celem głównym projektu jest stworzenie korzystnych warunków prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej w Gminie Łapy poprzez poprawę dostępności komunikacyjnej do terenów inwestycyjnych w Łapach. Na realizację celu strategicznego składają się następujące cele cząstkowe: - stworzenie infrastruktury dla potrzeb inwestorów - stworzenie warunków dla rozwoju firm Wskaźniki projektu: - długość powstałych nowych dróg (0,70 km) - długość zmodernizowanych lub przebudowanych dróg (0,76 km) Grupą docelową projektu będą przedsiębiorcy prowadzący działalność produkcyjną, zamierzający zainwestować w Gminie Łapy oraz mieszkańcy Gminy Łapy.
