The project “Ciechanowiec – Ostrożany – Reconstruction of the Voivodeship Road No. 690” includes reconstruction with the extension of the road with engineering facilities and the necessary technical infrastructure on a section with a length of approx. 18.95 km from km 22+ 700 to km 41+ 650 (according to the kilometre of the construction project). The task of over 10 km is located in the high-mazowieckie district in the municipality of Ciechanowiec, and further in the Siemiatycki district in the communes of Perlewo and Grodzisk. The Voivodeship Road No. 690 on the section covered by the investment has good horizontal and vertical geometry, apart from small exceptions, and is well inscribed in the field. It runs through a predominantly agricultural area, forest areas, away from larger human clusters and is not a conflict for the environment. The road has a bituminous road width 5.0 ÷ 5.50 m and a crown of width 8.0 ÷ 9,5 m. The surface is in very poor technical condition, has numerous humps, cracks, cavities and holes. The edges of the road are riddled and broken, the roadsides are degraded – often decayed. It should be stated clearly that the state of the road is one of the worst within the entire network of voivodship roads in Podlasie. The planned scope of the works includes: • reconstruction and extension of the road to a width of 7.0 m with roadsides 2 x 1.5 m, • corrections of horizontal and vertical arches, • construction of road-bike line with bituminous surface 3.0 m across the entire length of the project, • reconstruction and construction of individual and public exits • construction and reconstruction of roads of bridge buildings, • construction and reconstruction of bus bays, pavements for pedestrians in their area • construction of roads to control and weighing, vehicles (English)

    Projekt „Ciechanowiec – Ostrożany – przebudowa drogi wojewódzkiej Nr 690” obejmuje przebudowę z rozbudową drogi wraz z obiektami inżynierskimi i niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną na odcinku o długości ok. 18,95 km od km 22+700 do km 41+650 (wg kilometrażu projektu budowlanego). Zadanie na długości ponad 10 km zlokalizowane jest w powiecie wysokomazowieckim na terenie gminy Ciechanowiec, zaś dalej w powiecie siemiatyckim w gminach Perlejewo i Grodzisk. Droga wojewódzka Nr 690 na odcinku objętym inwestycją posiada, poza małymi wyjątkami, dobrą geometrię poziomą i pionową i jest dobrze wpisana w teren. Przebiega przez obszar o zagospodarowaniu w przeważającej mierze rolniczym, miejscami leśnym, z dala od większych skupisk ludzkich i nie jest konfliktowa dla otoczenia. Droga ma jezdnię bitumiczną szerokości 5,0 ÷ 5,50 m i koronę szerokości 8,0 ÷ 9,5 m. Nawierzchnia jest w bardzo złym stanie technicznym, ma liczne garby, spękania, ubytki i dziury. Krawędzie jezdni są poszarpane i obłamane, pobocza zdegradowane – często znacznie pozapadane. Jednoznacznie należy stwierdzić, że stan drogi należy do najgorszych w obrębie całej sieci dróg wojewódzkich na Podlasiu. Planowany zakres robót obejmuje: • wykonanie przebudowy i poszerzenie jezdni do szerokości 7,0 m z poboczami 2 x 1,5 m, • korekty łuków poziomych i pionowych, • wykonanie ciągu pieszo-rowerowego o nawierzchni bitumicznej szerokości 3,0 m na całej długości projektu, • przebudowę i budowę zjazdów indywidualnych i publicznych, • budowę i przebudowę obiektów mostowych, • budowę i przebudowę zatok autobusowych, chodników dla pieszych w ich rejonie, • budowę stanowiska do kontroli i ważenia pojazdów, • budowę trzech skrzyżowań z drogami powiatowymi, w tym jednego typu „rondo”, • budowę odcinków oświetlenia drogowego, • rozbudowę systemu odwodnienia drogowego, • przebudowę i zabezpieczenie sieci i urządzeń infrastruktury technicznej, • wycinkę drzew i krzewów.
