The project aims to raise key competences and/or professions by the end of 08.2021. 164 U (44K/120M) and improvement of competences of 28 N (18K/10M) ZS CKR in Sejna by implementing the Modernised Development Programme, including, among others, the implementation of teaching classes, training courses and trainings, professional internships, classes at universities and participation in trade fairs, as well as modernisation of school workshops. The target group consists of students/participants of the ZS CKR in Seine and the school teaching staff. Support for the above-mentioned beneficiaries results from the diagnosed needs of the school, its pupils and staff and the socio-economic environment. The project includes people who train in directions compatible with the region’s intelligent specialisations. The project involves modernisation and retrofitting of school professional workshops in accordance with KOWEZiU recommendation and OKE requirements in the scope of professional examinations. This will contribute to qualitative changes in the functioning of the school in the fields of education: TŻiUG/Cooker and TMRiA/Mechanic-operator of agricultural vehicles and machinery. Students will be able to raise and strengthen their theoretical and practical skills by participating in extracurricular activities: scientific circles, teaching-equalisation, educational trips and classes at universities, courses and trainings, internships with employers and others. Vocational training teachers will increase their key and vocational competences by participating in training/training courses and internships in companies. The school environment will cooperate in terms of professional internships, curricula. All forms tailored to the needs of the participants, taking into account the situation on the labour market. The project envisages the implementation of traineeships leading to the acquisition of skills necessary for employers, whose activities are in line with the intelligent specialisations indicated in the rules of the competition for subst. Projekt ma na celu podniesienie do końca 08.2021 roku kompetencji kluczowych i/lub zawod. 164 U (44K/120M) oraz doskonalenie kompetencji 28 N (18K/10M) ZS CKR w Sejnach poprzez realizację Zmodernizowanego Programu Rozwojowego, w tym m.in. realizację zajęć dyd.-wyrówn., kursów i szkoleń, staży zawod. oraz zajęć na uczelniach wyższych i udział w branżowych targach krajowych, a także modernizację szkolnych pracowni. Grupę docelową stanowią uczniowie / uczennice ZS CKR w Sejnach oraz szkolna kadra dydaktyczna. Objęcie wsparciem w/w beneficjentów wynika ze zdiagnozowanych potrzeb szkoły, jej uczniów i kadry oraz otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego. Projektem objęte są osoby kształcące na kierunkach zgodnych z inteligentnymi specjalizacjami regionu. Projekt zakłada modernizację i doposażenie szkolnych pracowni zawodowych zgodnie z rekomendacją KOWEZiU oraz wymaganiami OKE w zakresie realizacji egzaminów zawodowych. Przyczyni się to do jakościowych zmian w funkcjonowaniu szkoły w kierunkach kształcenia: TŻiUG / Kucharz oraz TMRiA / Mechanik-operator pojazdów i maszyn rolniczych . Uczniowie będą mogli podnieść i wzmocnić swoje umiej. teoretyczne i praktyczne poprzez udział w zajęciach pozalekcyjnych: koła naukowe, zaj. dyd.-wyrównawcze, wyjazdy eduk. i zajęcia na uczelniach wyższych, kursy i szkolenia, staże u pracodawców i in. Nauczyciele kształcenia zawodowego podniosą swoje kompetencje kluczowe i zawodowe poprzez udział w szkoleniach/kursach oraz stażach w przedsiębiorstwach. Otoczenie szkoły będzie współpracować w zakresie staży zawod., programów nauczania. Wszystkie formy dostosowane do ind. potrzeb uczestników z uwzględnieniem sytuacji na rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada realizację staży prowadzących do zdobycia umiejętności niezbędnych z punktu widzenia pracodawców, których działalność wpisuje się inteligentne specjalizacje wskazane w regulaminie konkursu na podst. Planu rozwoju przedsiębiorczości w oparciu o inteligentne specjalizacje woj. podl. na lata 2015-2020+. (Polish)
