The project mainly concerns the purchase of an innovative technological line for the production of decorative gypsum stone, so that a new product not produced by the Applicant will be placed on the market. Directly from the technology line, decorative gypsum stones go to a dryer (drying chamber) and then into a warehouse with high storage racks – hence it is necessary to purchase drying rooms and shelves with a system for managing these shelves. In order to relieve the workload related to customer contacts and agree on the terms of the order in the project, the project was planned to build an IT system for direct contact with the customer – in particular for sending orders for products via the Internet via the customer. Projekt dotyczy głównie zakupu innowacyjnej linii technologicznej do produkcji kamienia dekoracyjnego gipsowego, dzięki czemu zostanie wprowadzany na rynek nowy dotychczas niewytwarzany przez Wnioskodawcę produkt. Bezpośrednio z linii technologicznej kamienie dekoracyjne gipsowe trafiają do suszarni (komory suszarniczej) a następnie do magazynu z regałami wysokiego składowania – stąd zachodzi konieczność zakupu suszarni oraz regałów wysokiego składowania wraz z systemem do zarządzania tymi regałami. Dla odciążenia pracy związanej z kontaktami z klientem i uzgadniania warunków zlecenia w projekcie został zaplanowany do zbudowania system informatyczny do bezpośredniego kontaktu z klientem – w szczególności do przesyłania przez Internet przez klienta zamówień na produkty. Zaplanowano także zakup zespołu komputerowego oraz laptopa niezbędnych do obsługi systemu informatycznego, przygotowywania i drukowania naklejek z kodami kreskowymi oraz programowania planowanej do zakupu innowacyjnej linii technologicznej i suszarni.
