The main objective of this project is to extend the scope of Relavia’s operation by retrofitting infrastructure facilities with new equipment that will enable the provision of new services in the Applicant’s offer, including: children’s playroom, innovative (patented) device for creating cross-country skiing, cross-country skiing and skiing set, professional ice rink with a set of skates, a set of sailing boats. As a result of the R & D work carried out, an innovative national-scale complex tourist service will be implemented using playback mechanisms. The innovativeness of the service is confirmed by the opinion on innovation attached to the proposal. Extension of the range of services The applicant will enable to acquire new segments of the tourism market and thus eliminate the phenomenon of tourist seasonality, which is the most serious problem for tourism in Podkarpacie. Cel główny przedmiotowego projektu to rozszerzenie zakresu działania Spółki Relavia poprzez doposażenie zaplecza infrastrukturalnego w nowy sprzęt, który umożliwi świadczenie nowych usług w ofercie Wnioskodawcy w tym: bawialnię dla dzieci, innowacyjne (objęte patentem) urządzenie do tworzenia tras narciarstwa biegowego, zestaw nart biegowych i skiturowych, profesjonalne lodowisko wraz z zestawem łyżew, komplet łodzi żaglowych. W wyniku przeprowadzonych prac B+R zostanie wdrożona innowacyjna na skalę krajową złożona usługa turystyczna z wykorzystaniem mechanizmów grywalizacji. Innowacyjność usługi potwierdza dołączona do wniosku opinia o innowacyjności. Rozszerzenie palety oferty usług Wnioskodawcy umożliwi pozyskanie nowych segmentów rynku turystycznego a tym samym zniwelowania zjawiska sezonowości turystycznej będącej najpoważniejszym problemem dla podkarpackiej turystyki.
