The direct result of the project will be the acquisition by its participants of new skills and professional qualifications desired on the labour market, including ICT skills, opportunities for the development of gifted pupils and equalisation of knowledge and skills of students with low grades. The indirect result of the project (equipment of the workshop) will be to increase the educational results of all school pupils. The tasks are addressed to the school, teachers 9[4K 5M], 190 teachers. [68K 132M]. The school will equip a communication laboratory in foreign and machine studies. Teachers will take 40 hours internship. Each student will benefit from several forms of support that depend on the individual needs of the teacher. 75 places (e.g.) 150h professional traineeships are planned, according to the standard of traineeships, 40 m. language course accounting for ESKJ, 60 m. ICT course, ECCC execution courses, training courses for use in forestry equipment and machinery: after 144 m. lumberjack – saw operator, application of security measures., after 45 m. driving licence Kat. B+E, forest cranes, trolley, 30 meters. Compensatory classes: after 60 m in mathematics, biology, English, 30 m. with German and Russian and psychological therapy. Support of a student gifted within the apiculture circle and self-development (equipment, study trip, scholarships, and developing occupations). Projekt realizuje Plan Rozwoju Szkoły zatw. przez Radę Pedagogiczną dn.21.06.2016 oraz organ prowadzący Minister Środowiska dn. 29.08.2016. Wszystkie formy wsparcia wynikają z indywidualnej diagnozy przeprowadzonej w PRS dla TL, nauczycieli, uczniów i pracodawców współpracujących ze szkołą. Jego działania wynikają z celów PRS …pkt.2 Kształcenie praktyczne … i pkt 4 Wzrost poziomu przedsiębiorczości … s. 39. Rezultatem bezpośrednim projektu będzie nabycie przez jego uczestników nowych kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych pożądanych na rynku pracy, w tym umiejętności posługiwania się technologią ICT, stworzenie szans rozwoju uczniów uzdolnionych i wyrównanie wiedzy i umiejętności uczniów z niskimi ocenami. Rezultatem pośrednim projektu (doposażenie pracowni) będzie podniesienie efektów kształcenia wszystkich ucz. szkoły. Zadania skierowane są do szkoły, nauczycieli 9[4K 5M], 190 ucz. [68K 132M]. Szkoła doposaży pracownię komunikacji w j. obcym i maszynoznawstwa. Nauczyciele odbędą 40 godz. staż zawodowy. Każdy z uczniów skorzysta z kilku form wsparcia, które zależą od indywidualnych potrzeb ucz. Zaplanowano 75 miejsc (m.) staży zawodowych 150h, zgodnie ze standardem organiz. staży,40 m. kursu językowego zak. egz. ESKJ, 60 m. kursu ICT zak. egz. ECCC, kursów kwalifikacyjnych do obsługi urządzeń i maszyn stosowanych w leśnictwie: po 144 m. drwal – operator pilarki, stosowanie środków ochrony..,po 45 m. prawo jazdy Kat. B+E, żurawi leśnych, wózka jezdniowego, 30 m. brakarza. Zajęcia wyrównawcze: po 60m z matematyki, biologii, j. angielskiego, po 30m. z j. niemieckiego i rosyjskiego i terapii psychologicznej. Wsparcie ucz. uzdolnionego w ramach koła pszczelarskiego i samorozwoju (doposażenie, wyjazd studyjny, stypendia, i zaję. rozwijające). Całość łączy wsparcie z doradztwa eduk. zawod. obejmuje ono wszystkich ucz. projektu.
