The main objective of the project is to promote vocational training in Podlasie until 14.04.2019, with the involvement of 145 secondary schools and 60 vocational training schools, among at least 6 thousand junior high school pupils and parents of students taking part in the project through the implementation of competitions, events, educational and vocational fairs, educational and vocational counselling, mentoring meetings and study visits to entrepreneurs as well as a package of information-related activities. The result of the project disseminating vocational education will include at least 6, students of gymnasium schools out of 145 schools from the area of Podl. The project target group shall be: — 145 gymnasium from Podl. (min. 60 % of all gymnasium schools from each sub-region of the sub-region) – 6 thousand people (2915K/3085M) – students of classes I-III of the gymnasium voivodship. — 2400 people. (1440K/960M) parents of pupils taking part in the project. — 420 people (294K/126M) – professional advisors, psychologists, educators and other staff of gymnasium teachers. — 60 schools of vocational training. — at least 120 people (84K/36M) – directors and other teaching staff of technicians and basic vocational schools. The tasks planned for the project include: 1) Development of a tool enabling communication in electronic form; 2) Sub-regional seminars opening the project; 3) Educational trade fair; 4) Educational and vocational advice dedicated to gymnasium pupils; 5) mentoring meetings between pupils and employers; 6) Study visits by middle school students to enterprises; 7) Competitions dedicated to various professions; 8) Campaign promoting vocational education; 9) Support dedicated to parents; 10) Support dedicated to vocational training schools in the field of promotion and recruitment; 11) Organisation of sub-regional promotional events dedicated to individual industries and professions; 12) Workshops for professional advisors on innovative methods of transmitting information about professions. Celem głównym projektu jest do 14.04.2019 upowszechnienie kształcenia zawodowego w woj. podlaskim, przy zaangażowaniu 145 szkół gimnazjalnych i 60 szkół kształcenia zawodowego, wśród co najmniej 6 tys. uczniów szkół gimn. z terenu woj. podl. oraz rodziców uczniów biorących udział w proj. poprzez realizację konkursów, eventów, targów edukacyjno-zawodowych, doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego, spotkań mentoringowych i wizyt studyjnych u przedsiębiorców oraz pakiet działań informacyjno-promocyjnych. Rezultatem projektu upowszechniającego szkolnictwo zawodowe zostanie objętych co najmniej 6 tys. uczniów szkół gimn. ze 145 szkół z terenu woj. podl. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią: - 145 gimnazja z woj. podl. (min. 60% wszystkich szkół gimn. z każdego subregionu woj. podl.) - 6 tys. osób (2915K/3085M) - uczniowie klas I-III szkół gimn. woj. podl. - 2400 os. (1440K/960M) rodziców uczniów, biorących udział w proj. - 420 osób (294K/126M) - doradcy zawod., psychologowie, pedagodzy oraz pozostała kadra pedagog. szkół gimn. - 60 szkół kształcenia zawod. z terenu woj. podl. - co najmniej 120 osób (84K/36M) - dyrektorzy oraz pozostała kadra dydaktyczna techników oraz zasadniczych szkół zawod. Zadania zaplanowane do realizacji w ramach projektu to m.in.: 1) Opracowanie narzędzia umożliwiającego komunikację w formie elektronicznej; 2) Subregionalne seminaria otwierające projekt; 3) Targi edukacyjno-zawodowe; 4) Doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe dedykowane uczniom szkół gimn; 5) Spotkania mentoringowe uczniów z pracodawcami; 6) Wizyty studyjne gimnazjalistów w przedsiębiorstwach; 7) Konkursy dedykowane rożnym zawodom; 8) Kampania upowszechniająca szkolnictwo zawodowe; 9) Wsparcie dedykowane rodzicom; 10) Wsparcie dedykowane szkołom kształcenia zawodowego w zakresie promocji oraz rekrutacji; 11) Organizacja subregionalnych eventów promocyjnych dedykowanych poszczególnym branżom i zawodom; 12) Warsztaty dla doradców zawodowych z zakresu innowacyjnych metod przekazu informacji o zawodach.
