The applicant plans to create a kindergarten in the municipality of Szerzyny District Tarnowski for children from the areas of Sherzyna Municipality and the Municipality of Rzepiennik Strzyżewski.The created kindergarten will take care of 39 children (21 girls and 18 boys) including 4 children with disabilities. A fully equipped kindergarten will be open 12 hours a day from 6:30 to 18:30 and will implement the pre-school education program and classes in the field of correction of posture defects and pronunciation defects. In order to achieve this goal, the applicant plans to adopt a premises of 210 m² in accordance with the universal planning concept and create a playground for children. As a result of EU support, a kindergarten with two departments will be set up for people and children with disabilities. During the period of EU support, the applicant will charge a fee for tuition and meals of PLN 320 per month.This amount should not constitute a barrier for those participating in the project. The applicant’s partner met with residents of the communes of Szerzyny and Rzepiennik Strzyżewski in November 2016 where he presented the proposed tuition fee which according to the residents is acceptable because it also includes all-day meals. After the end of the period of EU support, the kindergarten will be maintained with grants from the municipalities of Szerzyny and Rzepiennik Strzyżewski and the monthly fee will remain unchanged. Wnioskodawca planuje utworzyć przedszkole na terenie gminy Szerzyny powiat tarnowski dla dzieci z terenów Gmina Szerzyny i Gmina Rzepiennik Strzyżewski.Utworzone przedszkole obejmie opieką 39 dzieci (21 dziewczynek i 18 chłopców) w tym 4 dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami. W pełni wyposażone przedszkole będzie czynne 12 godzin dziennie w godzinach od 6:30 do 18:30 i będzie realizować program wychowania przedszkolnego oraz zajęcia z zakresu korekty wad postawy i wad wymowy. Aby osiągnąć wskazany cel wnioskodawca planuje zaadoptować lokal o powierzchni 210 m2 zgodnie z koncepcją planowania uniwersalnego oraz utworzyć plac zabaw dla dzieci. W rezultacie wsparcia unijnego powstanie przedszkole z dwoma oddziałami dostosowane dla osób i dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami. W okresie wsparcia unijnego wnioskodawca będzie pobierał opłatę za czesne wraz z wyżywieniem wysokości 320 zł miesięcznie.Kwota ta nie powinna stanowić bariery dla osób uczestniczących w projekcie. Partner wnioskodawcy spotkał się z mieszkańcami gmin Szerzyny i Rzepiennik Strzyżewski w listopadzie 2016 roku gdzie przedstawił proponowaną kwotę czesnego która według mieszkańców jest akceptowalna ponieważ obejmuje również całodniowe wyżywienie. Po zakończeniu okresu wsparcia unijnego przedszkole będzie utrzymywane z dotacji gmin Szerzyny i Rzepiennik Strzyżewski i opłata miesięczna pozostanie bez zmian. (Polish)
