The project is a project in the Northern sub-region and concerns the improvement of energy efficiency in the public building and the reduction of CO2 emissions. The village centre of the city in peace is an important social feature in the municipality of Peace. The current state of the technical and energy situation of the building covered by the project is far from satisfactory. The building suffers from significant heat losses due to non-insulated walls, costumes and inefficient thermal system. The existing firefighter’s rebuilding building, together with the tower centre, was established in the 30s. Steam building, which is not podpiwek. Window and door joinery with PVC profiles — to be exploited. The scope of building works planned in the project involves thermal modernisation of the building by improving the insulation of the building envelope in a building which is highly energy-intensive. The scope of work includes the insulation of the roof and the replacement of its cover, replacement of luminaires with energy-efficient lighting, replacement of heating plants using renewable energy sources, insulation of walls, foundations and floors. The project will improve air quality by reducing emissions of pollutants into the air by replacing the old heating system with a renewable energy source. This will result in CO2 emissions reduction. Reducing energy consumption. Products: Number of energy modernised buildings: 1; L generation units from RES: 1; Area to be used for buildings subject to termomodernizacji:393,27m2.     Projekt jest przedsięwzięciem na obszarze subregionu północnego i dotyczy poprawy efektywności energetycznej w budynku publicznym oraz ograniczenie emisji CO2. Obiekt Świetlicy Wiejskiej w Pokoju stanowi istotny społecznie obiekt w gminie Pokój. Dotychczasowy stan techniczny i energetyczny budynku objętych projektem jest dalece niezadowalający. Budynek wykazuje znaczne straty energii cieplnej co spowodowane jest nieocieplonymi ścianami, stropami i nieefektywnym systemem cieplnym. Istniejący budynek remizy strażackiej wraz z świetlicą wiejską powstał w latach 30 ubiegłego wieku. Budynek parterowy, niepodpiwniczony. Stolarka okienna i drzwiowa z profili PVC – wyeksploatowana. Zaplanowany w projekcie zakres robót budowlanych obejmuje termomodernizację budynku poprzez poprawę izolacyjności przegród budowlanych w budynku, który charakteryzują się dużą energochłonnością. Zakres prac obejmuje ocieplenie dachu oraz wymianę jego pokrycia, wymianę opraw oświetlenia na energooszczędne, wymianę instalacji grzewczej wykorzystującej odnawialne źródła energii, izolację ścian zew., fundamentowych i stropów. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy jakości powietrza, zostanie zredukowana emisja zanieczyszczeń do powietrza poprzez wymianę starego systemu grzewczego na odnawialne źródło energii. Uzyska się dzięki temu zmniejszenie emisji CO2. Zmniejszenie zużycia energii ele.
