Stworzenie linii technologicznej do produkcji innowacyjnej ekologicznej i energooszczędnej deski podłogowej wykorzystującej drewniane odpady. Spowoduje to ograniczenie kosztów i oszczędzanie zużycie drewna, mające znaczący wpływ na środowisko. W linii do nakładania oleju z wykorzystaniem technologii UV eksploatowane będą woski twarde wykonane z naturalnych materiałów, co spowoduje eliminację szkodliwych substancji z procesu produkcji. Inne zalety: łatwość zastosowania, wysoka odporność na zarysowania, bardzo naturalny wygląd drewna,bardzo łatwa regeneracja eliminująca w przyszłości szlifowanie drewna (cyklinowanie) w celu naprawy. Zastosowana linia opiera się o system hybrydowego łączenia systemu oksydacyjnego zsystemem UV. Sam system UV ma wady: powłoka wygląda sztucznie. Linia pozwoli na produkcję desek o nietypowych dużych rozmiarach, które w przypadku desek nie warstwowych (litych) z wagi na techniczne możliwości i specyfikę drewna jest niemożliwe. Projekt dotyczy innowacji produktowej, procesowej, organizacyjnej. Grupą docelową będą klienci indywidualni orazinstytucjonalni. (Polish)
