The project concerns the deep thermal modernisation of the building of the Primary School in weights. The period of implementation of thermal retrofitting works is July 2019–December 2019. The direct objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the public utility building in the Town Hall by: reduction of building heating costs and hot water and electricity. The tasks to be carried out within the project are: —warming of the outer walls of the cellars, -warming of the outer walls of the building, -warming of the ceiling, -warming the floor on the ground, -exchange of old windows in the basements, -exchange of old windows in the above part of the building, -exchange of old entrance doors in the building part, -replacement of the old water entrance doors in the building part, -assembly of photovoltaic panels connected with sub-voltaic use reconstructing the lightning protection system. The RESULT indices are the amount of heat saved, the amount of electricity saved. The PRODUCT Indicators are: reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings, estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions, number of energy-conditioning buildings, usable space of thermally upgraded buildings, number of modernised heat sources and number of RES installations made. The beneficiary of the project will be jst, i.e. the Municipality of Przytuły. The target group will be mainly employees and school pupils. The project’s product will be the Elementary School building in weights undergoing comprehensive thermal modernisation, in which, according to the energy audit, annual energy demand will fall by more than 80 % and CO2 emissions will fall by more than 98 %.     Projekt dotyczy głębokiej TERMOMODERNIZACJI budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Wagach. Okres realizacji prac termomodernizacyjnych to lipiec 2019–grudzień 2019r. CELEM bezpośrednim projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej w Gminie Przytuły poprzez: redukcję kosztów ogrzewania budynku i cieplej wody użytkowej oraz energii elektrycznej. ZADANIA do realizacji w ramach projektu to: -docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych piwnic, -docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych części nadziemnej budynku, -ocieplenie stropodachu, -ocieplenie podłogi na gruncie, -wymiana starych okien w piwnicach, -wymiana starych okien w części nadziemnej budynku, -wymiana starych drzwi wejściowych do piwnic budynku, -wymiana starych drzwi wejściowych w części nadziemnej budynku, -montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych na rzecz podgrzewania wody użytkowej wraz z wymianą elektrycznych podgrzewaczy wody, -roboty dodatkowe związane z ociepleniem wynikające z kosztorysu budowlanego, wymuszone poprzez zakres i charakter prac wskazanych w audycie: odtworzeniem instalacji odgromowej. WSKAŹNIKI REZULTATU to ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej, ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej. WSKAŹNIKI PRODUKTU to: zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych, szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych, liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków, powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji, liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła oraz liczba wykonanych instalacji OZE. BENEFICJENTEM projektu będzie jst, czyli Gmina Przytuły. GRUPĄ DOCELOWĄ będą przede wszystkim pracownicy i uczniowie szkoły. PRODUKTEM PROJEKTU będzie budynek Szkoły Podstawowej w Wagach poddany kompleksowej termomodernizacji, w którym zgodnie z audytem energetycznym roczne zapotrzebowanie na energię spadnie o ponad 80%, a emisja CO2 spadnie o ponad 98%.
