The subject of the project is the thermomodernisation and extension of the building of the Municipal Office in Zawady together with the reconstruction of the driveway for disabled people. The building is mainly used for municipal administration, but it also houses a municipal library, a kindergarten point, OSP in Zawady and apartments located in a municipal resource. The task shall include: * winding of the inner wall of the outer wall, from the outside, upwards above the ground and the eccentric method, using as the main warming material of the milled styrofoam, * additional warming of the strophode (space between the ceiling and gel plates, roof panels) the inflation method of the interior installation, * replacement of the internal wiring of the interior and drain pipes, interior windows and beams, * replacement of the main window stools and doors. Investment is necessary due to the very low thermal insulation parameters of the building and the low ecological technology of heat production. Thanks to the actions specified in the energy audit, it is possible to reduce final energy consumption for central heating and hot water at 934 GJ, resulting in a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions of 71 Mg. Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja oraz rozbudowa o wiatrołap budynku Urzędu Gminy w Zawadach wraz z przebudową podjazdu dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Budynek wykorzystywany jest głównie na potrzeby adminstracji gminnej, ale mieści też gminną bibliotekę, punkt przedszkolny, OSP w Zawadach oraz mieszkania znajdujące się w zasobie komunalnym. Zadanie obejmuje: * docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych od strony zewnętrznej, cokołu ponad terenem oraz ościeży metodą lekko-mokrą z wykorzystaniem jako główny materiał ocieplający styropianu frezowanego, * dodatkowe docieplenie stropodachu (przestrzeni pomiędzy sufitem a płytami żelbetowymi, dachowymi) metodą nadmuchową, * wymianę rynien i rur spustowych, parapetów zewnętrznych i obróbek blacharskich, * wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, * przesunięcie głównych drzwi wejściowych oraz jednego okna, * rozbudowę budynku o wiatrołap oraz przebudowę schodów zewnętrznych i podjazdu dla osób niepełnosprawnych, * wykonanie zadaszeń wejść zewnętrznych pozostałych, * wymianę wewnętrznej instalacji c.o. i częściową wymianę instalacji c.w.u., * montaż dwóch pomp ciepła glikol/woda o mocy 29 kW każda pracujących w kaskadzie ze szczytowym źródłem ciepła w postaci istniejącego kotła olejowego, * wykonanie źródła ciepła dla pomp - wymiennik gruntowego o długości 1400 mb z 26 sondami koaksjalnymi ukośnymi GRD, * wykonanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej na dachu budynku o mocy 17,1 kWp, * dostosowanie instalacji elektrycznej do podłączenia instalacji PV i zwiększenia mocy przyłączeniowej. Podjęcie inwestycji jest konieczne ze względu na bardzo niskie parametry izolacyjności cieplnej budynku oraz mało ekologiczną technologię produkcji ciepła. Dzięki działaniom określonym w audycie energetycznym możliwa jest redukcja zużycia energii końcowej na potrzeby c.o. i c.w.u. na poziomie 934 GJ, co wiązać się będzie z ograniczeniem emisji dwutlenku węgla wynoszącym 71 Mg.
