Z przeprowadzonej diagnozy potrzeb wynika, że na terenie Zambrowa istnieje potrzeba utworzenia nowego klubu dziecięcego, co umożliwi powrót na rynek pracy matkom opiekującymi się dziećmi w wieku do 3 lat. Celem głównym projektu pn. Nowy klub dziecięcy w Zambrowie szansą dla 24 kobiet na powrót na rynek pracy jest umożliwienie 24 kobietom sprawującym opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 powrotu do pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/ wychowaniem dziecka, znalezienia pracy lub jej poszukiwania, dzięki przeprowadzeniu adaptacji budynku, utworzeniu i funkcjonowaniu 24 miejsc w klubie dziecięcym w Zambrowie do 30 czerwca 2021 r. Wsparciem zostaną objęte 24 kobiety, matki dzieci do lat 3 zamieszkujące Zambrów. W okresie od lipca 2019 r. do końca czerwca 2021 r. zostanie zaadaptowany i wyposażony budynek pod nowy klub, zostanie zapewniona możliwość pobytu i funkcjonowania w klubie 24 dzieciom oraz przeprowadzone zajęcia dodatkowe dla dzieci. W tym czasie matki opiekujące się dziećmi będą mogły powrócić do pracy, szukać jej lub znaleźć odpowiednią. Dzięki projektowi zostaną zrealizowane m.in. następujące wskaźniki: Liczba osób, które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/ wychowaniem dziecka, po opuszczeniu programu [osoby] – 16 k Liczba osób pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu [osoby] – 8 k Liczba osób opiekujących się dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 objętych wsparciem w programie [osoby] – 24 Liczba utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 [szt.] – 24 (Polish)
