The project is addressed to 109 people, including 52K and 57M – people who have been unemployed since 30 (employees – including registered with PUPs with profile 1 or 2, professionally inactive) belonging to at least one of the following groups: persons 50 +, women, disabled persons, long-term unemployed persons understood as persons who remain unemployed continuously for at least 12 m. (minimum 50 %), low-skilled persons – max. at ISCED level 3 inclusive (minimum 50 %), residing in the counties of m. Łomża (max. 15 %), Lomżyński (min. 15 %), Kolneński (min. 15 %) and Zambrowski (min. 15 %). The aim of the project is to activate participants and prepare them for the labour market, and to obtain employment by at least 50 % of participants. To this end, he comprehensively supports them at every stage of the project through comprehensive, complementary actions: IPD on the basis of which will provide directional professional and psychological advice, certified vocational training, job intermediation, professional activity workshops and internships, carer/mentor. The project’s activities shall be based on: 1. Experience from two editions of POKL 611 projects New Formula of support with a response to the needs of the labour market implemented by WUP Białystok – a total of 174 people. 99 K employment rates over 90 %. 2. Experience POWER 1.2.1-54 people29K finish the support stages and undertake an internship/work. 3. Cooperation with regional 87 companies in the field of diagnosis, internships and employment in permanent jobs. 4. Diagnosis of potential participants – database of potential participants NOT Łomża – 265 people. 114 K.     Projekt skierowany jest do 109os. w tym 52K i 57M - osób od 30 r.życia, pozostających bez zatrudnienia (osoby bezrobotne–w tym zarejestrowane w PUP o profilu 1 lub 2, bierne zawodowo) należące do co najmniej jednej z grup: osoby 50 +, kobiety, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne rozumiane jako osoby pozostające bez pracy nieprzerwanie przez min. 12 mcy. (minimum 50%), osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach – max. na poziomie ISCED 3 włącznie (minimum 50%), zamieszkałych na terenie powiatów m. Łomża (max. 15%), łomżyńskiego (min. 15%), kolneńskiego (min. 15%) oraz zambrowskiego (min. 15%). Projekt ma na celu zaktywizowanie uczestników i przygotowanie ich na rynek pracy, orazuzyskanie zatrudnienia przez min.50% uczestników. W tym celu kompleksowo wspiera ich na każdym etapie projektu poprzez realizację kompleksowych, komplementarnych działań: IPD na podstawie którego realizowane będzie kierunkowe doradztwo zawodowe i psychologiczne, certyfikowane szkolenia zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, warsztaty aktywności zawodowej i staże, opiekun/mentor. Działania projektu opierają się na: 1. Doświadczeniach z dwóch edycji projektów POKL 611 Nowa Formuła wsparcia odpowiedzią na potrzeby rynku pracy wdrażanych przez WUP Białystok – łącznie 174 os. 99 K wskaźniki zatrudnienia ponad 90%. 2. Doświadczeniach POWER 1.2.1 – 54 os.29K kończą etapy wsparcia i podejmują staż/pracę. 3. Współpracy z regionalnymi 87 firmami w zakresie diagnozy, staży i zatrudniania na trwałych miejscach pracy. 4. Diagnozie potencjalnych uczestników– baza potencjalnych uczestników NOT Łomża - 265 os. 114 K.
