The main target PROJ. assumes an increase (in the period 01.10.2016-30.06.2018) of employability and active participation in social life, min.45 people with a target GRUPY 50 people (28K/22M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including in particular min.28 persons experiencing multiple social exclusion (16K/12M), min.8 persons benefiting from the Social Security Fund(4K/4M) and 8,14 persons with disabilities (16K/12M), min. Brest, Dąbrowski, Tarnów and Tarnów, threatened by the accumulated problems of the community. Achieving this objective will enable the implementation of a wide range of individualised activation activities, including mandatory identification of the needs and potential of the UP and an additional 3 active inclusion services (participation with designated SPAs), including: psychosocial, psychological and professional counselling, training of skills and competences of the community, training/training to obtain qualifications, internships and intermediation of work, and complementary to the above-mentioned – special support of a health nature.
