Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do usług społecznych skierowanych dla dzieci i młodzieży na terenie Gminy Kościelisko poprzez utworzenie 50 nowych miejsc opieki i wychowania w ramach placówek wsparcia dziennego PWD z których skorzysta łącznie 150 dziecimłodzieży.Grupa docelowa: dzieci i młodzież w wielu do lat18 lat ich rodziny oraz nowopowstała placówka wsparcia dziennego. Główne zadania realizowane w ramach projektu, Zadanie 1 Dostosowanie budynku do pełnienia funkcji PWD, Zadanie 2 Rekrutacja, opracowanie i aktualizacja IPW, Zadanie 3 Zapewnienie działalności PWD w formie opiekuńczej oraz w formie specjalistycznej, Zadanie 4 Wsparcie rodziny oraz Zadanie 5 kursy szkolenia dla kadry nauczycielskiej. Główne rezultaty utworzenie 25 miejsc opieki i wychowania w nowej PWD w Kościelisku oraz utworzenie 25 miejsc opieki i wychowania w nowej PWD w Dzianiszu.Uruchomienie wsparcia w postaci usług pomocy w opiece i wychowaniu dziecka na terenie Gminy Kościelisko.
