The municipality of Radmice is a small rural commune of agricultural character located in Małopolskie voivodship. The nature of the municipality determines the characteristics of its community lack of anonymity, relatively large links between residents and barriers to insufficient access to education, insufficient offer of interest development, digital exclusion, fear of action and environmental change. In a small, relatively familiar community, there is a fear of admitting problems and openly seeking professional specialist assistance in crisis situations. This creates a risk of social exclusion not only for those suffering from a bad financial situation, but also in need of assistance in family, educational, social, etc. matters. The experience of local school staff and GOPS shows that hidden, unresolved problems of this type are reflected in schools both in school and in the behaviour of students.For this reason, the Municipality of Radziemice has planned to implement a project aimed at integrating, supporting and combating social exclusion of children and young people at risk of marginalisation by creating two day support facilities for 50 2x25 girls and boys living in the municipality of Radziemice. The institutions for 36 months of the project will be conducted in caring and specialised forms. The establishment of institutions and the organisation of activities and activities which provide care, specialised and animation support in the backyard form will help support the development of children and young people living in Radmice commune, equalise the diagnosed deficits, shape cooperation and positive relations with the families of participants in the project. Gmina Radziemice jest niewielką gminą wiejską o charakterze rolniczym, położoną w województwie małopolskim. Charakter gminy determinuje cechy jej społeczności brak anonimowości, stosunkowo duże więzi pomiędzy mieszkańcami oraz bariery niedostateczny dostęp do edukacji, niedostateczna oferta rozwoju zainteresowań, wykluczenie cyfrowe, lęk przed pojęciem działań i zmianą środowiska. W małej, stosunkowo dobrze znającej się społeczności występuje lęk przed przyznaniem się do problemów i otwartym poszukiwaniem profesjonalnej pomocy specjalistycznej w sytuacjach kryzysowych. Powoduje to zagrożenie wykluczeniem społecznym nie tylko osób borykających się ze złą sytuacją materialną, ale także potrzebujących pomocy w sprawach rodzinnych, wychowawczych, społecznych, itp. Doświadczenie pracowników gminnych placówek szkół i GOPS wskazuje na to, iż ukrywane, nierozwiązane problemy tego typu mają swoje odzwierciedlenie w szkołach zarówno w nauce, jak i w zachowaniu uczniów.Z tego względu, Gmina Radziemice zaplanowała do realizacji projekt mający na celu integrację, wsparcie i przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społecznemu dzieci i młodzieży zagrożonych marginalizacją poprzez utworzenie dwóch placówek wsparcia dziennego dla 50 2x25 dziewcząt i chłopców mieszkających na terenie gminy Radziemice. Placówki przez 36 miesięcy trwania projektu prowadzone będą w formach opiekuńczej oraz specjalistycznej. Utworzenie placówek oraz organizacja w nich zajęć i aktywności stanowiących wsparcie opiekuńcze, specjalistyczne i animacyjne w formie podwórkowej umożliwią wspieranie rozwoju dzieci i młodzieży mieszkającychuczących się na terenie gminy Radziemice, wyrównywanie zdiagnozowanych deficytów, kształtowanie współpracy i pozytywnych relacji z rodzinami uczestnikówuczestniczek projektu.
