The object of the project is the commercialisation of its own invention applied for patent protection, which is the modular segment of the frame structure and the connection system of modular segments of skeletal structures" the invention is the basis for innovation in the project. The project involves building a production plant from scratch and launching the production of modular openwork beam systems for skeletal structures. The scope of the project therefore includes the construction of a production hall with land development and the creation of social facilities for employees, the purchase of a modern machine park, purchase of intangible assets, purchase of intangible means of transport. All these elements are necessary to achieve the goal of the main project, which is to build a competitive advantage by implementing an invention developed on the basis of its own R & D results. The project is a multidimensional environmental performance through the creation of an ecological product, which is determined by its characteristics, the use of the least material-intensive technology that is a process and organizational eco-innovation, up to eco-innovation and sales, which is a marketing and organizational eco-innovation. The project will be implemented as soon as possible due to the concern of patent plagiarism by competitors. The building of the hall is planned in the fastest, fastest, most economical way in terms of using capital factors (so-called labour, land, capital). The implementation of the project is of strategic importance, without subsidies, the ecological effect of the production process as well as the product itself, which, with the support of the grant, will be “pure product” and will have ecological characteristics in its own right and, for example, will be recycled.     Przedmiotem projektu jest komercjalizacja własnego wynalazku zgłoszonego do ochrony patentowej jakim jest ,,Modułowy segment konstrukcji szkieletowej oraz system połączeniowy modułowych segmentów konstrukcji szkieletowych" wynalazek stanowi podstawę innowacji w projekcie. W celu skomercjalizowania wynalazku, konieczne jest stworzenie zaplecza infrastrukturalnego objętym zakresem budżetu projektu. Projekt zakłada zbudowanie zakładu produkcyjnego od podstaw i uruchomienie w dalszej kolejności produkcji modułowych systemów belek ażurowych do konstrukcji szkieletowych. Zakres projektu obejmuje zatem budowę hali produkcyjnej wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu i stworzeniem zaplecza socjalnego dla pracowników, zakup nowoczesnego parku maszynowego, zakup wartości niematerialnych i prawnych, zakup środków transportu wewnątrzzakładowego. Wszystkie te elementy są niezbędne do osiągnięcia celu głównego projektu jakim jest zbudowanie przewagi konkurencyjnej poprzez wdrożenie do produkcji wypracowanego na podstawie własnych wyników B+R wynalazku. Projekt ma charakter wielowymiarowej ekologiczności poprzez stworzenie ekologicznego produktu o czym decydują jego cechy, zastosowanie odpowiedniej jak najmniej materiałochłonnej technologii stanowiącej ekoinnowacyjność procesową i organizacyjną, aż po ekoinnowacyjną promocję i sprzedaż stanowiącą ekoinnowacyjność marketingową i organizacyjną. Projekt będzie realizowany w możliwie jak najkrótszym czasie ze względu na obawę plagiatu patentu przez firmy konkurencyjne. Budynek hali zaplanowano w możliwie najpłoszej, najszybszej, najekonomiczniejszej pod kątem zużywania czynników kapitału ( tzw. praca, ziemia, kapitał). Realizacja projektu ma znaczenie strategiczne, bez dotacji zostanie kompletnie zaprzepaszczony efekt ekologiczny procesu produkcyjnego jak i samego produktu, który przy wsparciu z dotacji będzie ,,czystym produktem" i będzie miał ekologiczne cechy sam w sobie i tak jak dla przykładu europalety będzie podlegał recyklingowi.
