Tarnowa poprzez podejmowane działania reintegracyjne w okresie 01.01.201831.12.2018r.Grupa docelowa: 20 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym w tym 10ON, kobiety i mężczyźni w tym osoby bezrobotne 15os. i bierne zawodowo 5os.Cel zostanie osiągnięty dzięki realizacji kompleksowego wsparcia min.3 formy na UP, dostosowanego do indywidualnych potrzeb i potencjałów każdego UP na podstawie IPD i oferty wsparcia w postaci: poradnictwa zawodowego ok.4h UP x 20UP, pośrednictwa pracy 3 oferty pracy x 20 UP, wsparcia motywacyjnego ok.4hUP x 20UP, warsztatów aktywnego poszukiwania pracy 24hgrupę, 2gr po ok.8 UP, szkoleńkursów zawodowych ok.100hUP x 10 UP, staży zawodowychok.6mcy x 16UP oraz zatrudnienia wspieranego ok.6hUP x 20 UP.
