The building is based on the plan of three interconnected rectangles, inspired by a shepherd’s hut and economic buildings. The building, designed on the slope, fits harmoniously into the surroundings.The inn will be a service building, which can accommodate about 70 people, calculated on the basis of the maximum number of consumer spaces occupied at the same time. The basement is a built-in garage, which will accommodate two parking spaces for ratraki with entrance through the rolled segment gate. The ground floor was designed for a consumer room with the main entrance to the building on the southeast side. The ground floor also includes a bar, kitchen facilities, warehouse and social facilities for employees. The floor was designed for the service of the lift, ski school, TOPR rescuers, social facilities and toilets. The rescue room at the top of the slope will allow for quick and free access in case of rescue action.There are also designed meeting rooms and cabinets, which can accommodate about 20 people, for meetings and training. Communication between floors will be provided by an independent staircase. The building is designed with internal systems of Wodkan, electric, mechanical ventilation, low voltage connections, sewerage, water supply and construction equipment access, access, exit, exit.     Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa Karczmy widokowej na terenie istniejącej SN Hawrań w Jurgowie. Usytuowana na wzniesieniu Górków Wierch. Budynek oparty na planie trzech połączonych ze sobą prostokątów, inspirowany szałasem pasterskim oraz zabudowaniami gospodarczymi. Budynek zaprojektowany na skarpie, wpisuje się harmonijnie w otoczenie.Karczma będzie budynkiem usługowym, mogącym pomieścić około 70 osób obliczone na podstawie maksymalnej liczby miejsc konsumenckich jednocześnie zajętych. Piwnica wbudowany garaż, który będzie mieścił dwa miejsca postojowe na ratraki z wjazdem poprzez bramę segmentową rolowaną. Parter zaprojektowano salę konsumencką z głównym wejściem do budynku od strony południowowschodniej. W poziomie parteru zaprojektowano również bar, zaplecze kuchenne, magazyn oraz zaplecze socjalne dla pracowników. Piętro zaprojektowano biura dla obsługi wyciągu, szkoły narciarskiej, ratowników TOPR wraz z pomieszczeniami socjalnymi oraz WC. Pomieszczenie dla ratowników na szczycie stoku pozwoli na szybki i swobodny dostęp w razie akcji ratunkowej.Zaprojektowano także pokój spotkań i gabinety, które mogą pomieścić około 20 osób, z przeznaczeniem na spotkania i szkolenia. Komunikację między kondygnacjami zapewni niezależna klatka schodowa. Budynek projektowany wraz z instalacjami wewnętrznymi wodkan, elektryczna, wentylacja mechaniczna, przyłączami niskiego napięcia, kanalizacyjnym, wodociągowym i urządzeniami budowlanymi dojście, dojazd, zjazd z drogi. Od strony południowozachodniej zaprojektowano taras widokowy, na którym zmęczeni turyści będą mogli zażywać kąpieli słonecznych i równocześnie podziwiać przepiękną panoramę Tatr Bielskich.Wykończenia budynku to naturalne materiały nawiązujące do lokalnej tradycji budowlanej regionu oraz charakterystycznego dla regionu detalu architektonicznego.Dane ogólne: Pow. tarasu 155,30 m2, Pow. użytkowa piwnic 304,60 m2, parteru 224,30 m2, piętra 192,70 m2, Pow. zabudowy 285,00 m2.
