The project is designed to solve, to a certain extent, the problem of low reporting of women aged 50-69 from Małopolska voivodship to prevent mammography surveys (Małopolskie voivodship is the least studied of all voivodships in Poland). This is due, among other things, to the high dispersion of the population (more than half of the women eligible for the programme live in the countryside), who often cannot benefit from a nearby stationary mammograph, lack of elementary knowledge about the programme and lack of coordination of dispatch of invitations to the participants. Therefore, the Project assumes: In order to establish in cooperation with each of the localities, and to prepare in agreement with the NFZ the schedule of stays of mammobuses in particular municipalities, – increasing the direct availability of mammograms for mammographic examinations by the arrival of mammobuses with the digital apparatus for the participation of local nurses for the participation of at least 2 times each 5 days per year, – preparation of invitations, posters and posters. Realizacja Projektu ma za zadanie rozwiązanie w określonym stopniu problemu dotyczącego niskiej zgłaszalności kobiet w wieku 50-69 lat z województwa małopolskiego na profilaktyczne badania mammograficzne (województwo małopolskie jest najsłabiej przebadanym ze wszystkich województw w Polsce). Wynika to m.in. z dużego rozproszenia populacji (ponad połowa kobiet kwalifikujących się do udziału w programie mieszka na wsi), która często nie ma możliwości skorzystania z pobliskiego stacjonarnego mammografu, braku elementarnej wiedzy dotyczącej programu oraz braku koordynacji wysyłki zaproszeń do uczestniczek programu. W związku z powyższym w ramach Projektu zakłada się: - identyfikację we współpracy z poszczególnymi gminami, wszystkich kobiet na danym obszarze objętych programem profilaktyki raka piersi w zindywidualizowanej bazie danych celem dokładnego pomiaru danych statystycznych, - przygotowanie w porozumieniu z NFZ harmonogramu pobytów mammobusów w poszczególnych gminach, - zwiększenie bezpośredniej dostępności do badań mammograficznych poprzez przyjazd mammobusu z cyfrowym aparatem do każdej wytypowanej gminy co najmniej 2 razy po 5 dni w roku, - przygotowanie zaproszeń, plakatów i ulotek zachęcających do wzięcia udziału w programie, - wysyłanie zaproszeń do jak największej liczby kobiet w danej gminie co najmniej 2 razy w roku, - rozdysponowanie plakatów oraz ulotek informacyjnych m.in do sołectw, w aptekach oraz placówkach religijnych, - aktywizowanie lokalnych POZ-etów poprzez dystrybucję podręcznego przewodnika dla lekarzy dotyczącego problematyki raka piersi oraz zaangażowanie pielęgniarek środowiskowych do bezpośredniego kontaktu z kobietami zakwalifikowanymi do udziału w programie, - zorganizowanie pracy call center w celu zwiększenia zgłaszalności oraz rejestracji uczestniczek programu, - nawiązanie współpracy z dużymi zakładami pracy i organizację badań mammograficznych podczas badań okresowych, - przygotowywanie co roku analizy podsumowującej prace.
