The new/modernised space available to visitors/users amounts to 273.76 m², which represents 66.54 % of the area for cultural activities in the project facility. The LCK building has been the subject of investments and renovations in recent years, but its current technical condition is not fully satisfactory. There are rooms in the building which are currently not used for cultural activities or because of the existing technical condition that is underused. These include: ballet room with locker room, multifunctional room, wardrobe rooms with sanitary facilities, office and administrative rooms used by LCK, bathroom, staircase, part of communication, technical room in the basement – was WENTILATION and corridor. In addition, the showroom does not have the right equipment to organise live events (concerts, performances, performances, presentations), as it is equipped primarily with cinema equipment, with different specificities.     W ramach projektu zaplanowano realizację trzech zadań inwestycyjnych: 1. Modernizacja pomieszczeń sali spotkań „NISZA” w przyziemi budynku Libiąskiego Centrum Kultury TYP A; 2. Modernizacja części pomieszczeń budynku Libiąskiego Centrum Kultury TYP A 3. Zakup sprzętu nagłośnieniowego i oświetleniowego do sali widowiskowej LCK TYP A. Powierzchnia użytkowa budynku LCK wynosi 1519,50 m2 Przedmiotem projektu jest część budynku Libiąskiego Centrum Kultury, obejmująca łącznie 494,44 m2. Nowa/ zmodernizowana przestrzeń dostępna dla zwiedzających/ odbiorców wynosi 273,76 m2, co stanowi 66,54% powierzchni przeznaczonej na działalność kulturalną w obiekcie objętym projektem. Budynek LCK był przedmiotem inwestycji i remontów w ostatnich latach, jednak jego obecny stan techniczny nie jest w pełni zadowalający. W budynku istnieją pomieszczenia, które są niewykorzystywane obecnie pod działalność kulturalną lub ze względu na istniejący stan techniczny wykorzystywane w sposób niedostateczny. Należą do nich: sala baletowa z pomieszczeniem szatni, sala wielofunkcyjna, pomieszczenia garderoby z sanitariatami, pomieszczenia biurowo-administracyjne wykorzystywane przez LCK, łazienka, klatka schodowa, cześć komunikacji, pomieszczenie techniczne w piwnicy - była wentylatornia oraz korytarz. Ponadto, sala widowiskowo-kinowa nie posiada odpowiedniego wyposażenia do organizacji imprez "na żywo" (koncertów, przedstawień, występów, prezentacji), gdyż jest wyposażona przede wszystkim w sprzęt kinowy, o innej specyfice. W ramach projektu zaplanowano przeprowadzenie modernizacji części pomieszczeń siedziby głównej LCK, które w chwili obecnej są niezagospodarowane pod cele kulturalne lub zagospodarowane są w sposób niewystarczający, utrudniający prowadzenie działalności kulturalnej. Dzięki realizacji projektu poprawi się stan istniejącej infrastruktury i zwiększy się zmodernizowana powierzchnia przeznaczona pod działalność kulturalną na terenie gminy.
