W ramach projektu zaprojektowano przebudowę i rozbudowę sali widowiskowej poprzez powiększenie widowni do 439 miejsc. Powiększenie sceny wraz z rozbudową zaplecza scenicznego w postaci garderób, magazynów i niezbędnego zaplecza technicznego. Rozbudowę foyer wraz z punktem szatniowo-kasowym i węzłem sanitarnym. Zaprojektowano dostosowanie obiektu dla potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Zaprojektowano również termomodernizację budynku i przebudowę elewacji wraz z wymianą stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej. Bryłę sali widowiskowej wyodrębniono wizualnie poprzez zastosowanie ażurowych elementów elewacji. Zaprojektowano nową strefę wejściową do budynku. W zakresie zagospodarowania działki przewidziano wykonanie utwardzenia terenu (dojścia i dojazdy).
