As part of the project, fixed assets will be purchased for equipment necessary to start the production of a new type of bread. This will make full use of existing market opportunities and achieve the objectives and results of the project. The project will therefore purchase a complete machine park necessary for the implementation of a new product line. These will be products with brand new characteristics on the market in terms of key features. Thanks to the implementation of the results of R & D carried out on behalf of the Applicant by the Institute of Biotechnology of the agri-food industry from Warsaw, a bread will be created which differs from the market in terms of tastyness, higher moisture of the mollusc and prolonged maintenance of bread smell. These are key parameters in the industry allowing for a strong distinction from competitors, in particular other bakeries offering high-quality natural products. The new product line will stand out from these products and will become the basis for the company’s construction of a permanent competitive advantage. (English) | |||||||||||||||

W ramach realizacji projektu zakupione zostaną środki trwałe urządzenia konieczne do rozpoczęcia produkcji nowego produktu nowego typu pieczywa. Pozwoli to na pełne wykorzystanie istniejących na rynku szans oraz realizację założonych w projekcie celów i rezultatów. W ramach projektu zakupiony więc zostanie kompletny park maszynowy konieczny do wdrożenia nowej linii produktów. Będą to produkty o zupełnie nowych na rynku właściwościach w zakresie kluczowych cech. Dzięki implementacji wyników przeprowadzonych prac badawczo rozwojowych przeprowadzonych na zlecenie Wnioskodawcy przez Instytut Biotechnologii Przemysłu RolnoSpożywczego z Warszawy powstanie pieczywo różniące się od występującego na rynku pod względem smakowitości, większej wilgotności miękiszu oraz przedłużonego utrzymania się zapachu chlebowego. Są to kluczowe w branży parametry pozwalające na zdecydowane wyróżnienie się na tle konkurentów w szczególności innych piekarni oferujących wysokojakościowe produkty naturalne. Nowa linia produktów wyróżniać się będzie od tych produktów i stanie się bazą dla budowania przez przedsiębiorstwo Piekarnia Tomasz Nosek trwałej przewagi konkurencyjnej. (Polish)
