The object of the project is the development and implementation of a plan for the development of exports by BIBP. An analysis of the competitive position of the firm and its products, the business potential of the firm has shown that the necessary condition for the firm’s development is the development of its export activities. Therefore, within the framework of the development plan for export, the company will participate in 5 professional trade fairs as an exhibitor and other complementary activities, but not the subject of this project. The implementation of the PRE will allow the acquisition of new market outlets, increase the share of exports in the overall sales of the company, increase liquidity and income stability by minimising the effects of market fluctuations.     Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie i wdrożenie planu rozwoju eksportu przez firmę BIBP. Analiza pozycji konkurencyjnej firmy i jej produktów, potencjału rozwojowego firmy wykazała, że koniecznym warunkiem rozwoju firmy jest rozwój jej działalności eksportowej. Dlatego w ramach opracowanego planu rozwoju eksportu firma weźmie udział w 5 targach branżowych w charakterze wystawcy oraz inne działania uzupełniające, nie będące jednakże przedmiotem niniejszego projektu. Realizacja PRE pozwoli na pozyskanie nowych rynków zbytu, zwiększenie udziału eksportu w ogólnej sprzedaży przedsiębiorstwa, zwiększenie płynności finansowej i stabilności przychodów poprzez minimalizację efektów fluktuacji rynku.
