| Property / summary: The project is a response to the low participation of women in the labour market in the performance of their child welfare services up to the 3s, and the lack of new crèche places in Nowy Sącz and the municipality of Nawojowa.The main aim of this project is to increase the employment level of 60 persons 55K and 5M from Małopolskie Province from the city of Nowy Sącz and the town of Nawojowa, which are caring for children. The target will be achieved by creating 20 new places in the existing crèche in Nowy Sącz and the creation of a new droop in Żeleźle with 40 sites of Nawojowa in the period of 01.01.2018. In 31.08.2019, the target group is the returnees to the labour market, who have so far not participated as a result of caring for the children up to the 3s, who are on maternity leave, parental leave, parental leave. The target group is 20 parents from Nowy Sącz, 40 parents from Nawojowa, aged 2545, with varying degrees of professional education. (English) / rank | |||

Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na niską aktywność kobiet w rynku pracy związaną z pełnieniem przez nie funkcji opiekuńczych nad dziećmi do lat 3 oraz brak miejsc w żłobkach na terenie Nowego Sącza oraz gminy Nawojowa.Celem głównym niniejszego projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia 60 osób 55K i 5M z województwa małopolskiego z miasta Nowy Sącz oraz Gminy Nawojowa, które pełnią funkcje opiekuńcze nad dziećmi. Realizacja celu odbywać się będzie poprzez stworzenie 20 nowych miejsc w już istniejącym żłobku w Nowym Sączu, oraz utworzeniu nowego złobka w Żeleźnikowej z 40 miejscami gmina Nawojowa w okresie 01.01.2018r. 31.08.2019r.Grupę docelową stanowią osoby powracające wchodzące na rynek pracy, które do tej pory w nim nie uczestniczyły ze względu na pełnienie funkcji opiekuńczych nad dziećmi do lat 3 pozostające bez pracy, przebywające na urlopie macierzyńskim, rodzicielskim, wychowawczym. Grupę docelową stanowi 20 rodziców z Nowego Sącza, 40 rodziców z Gminy Nawojowa, w wieku 2545 lat, z różnym wykształceniem zawodowe, ponadgimnazjalne, wyższe. (Polish)
