The aim of the project is to renew the material cultural heritage and transform it into a new social role by adapting the preserved parts of Fort 52 A Łapianka (inscription in the register of servitude for the creation of the Museum and the Centre of the Scouting Movement – a modern, multimedia cultural institution based on a contextual historical perspective, intergenerational and intercultural dialogue, the independence heritage of scouting, which is an important showcase of scouting, Poland and Kraków. — presenting the subject of scouting in an innovative, narrative way, showing how important the social movement was and is scouting – a broad educational programme for conscious citizenship (citizenship mission), the role of a citizen in the contemporary world, contemporary forms of patriotism in the historical context – collecting, developing, popularising collections about scouting – establishing a place for meetings, dialogue, exchange of experiences and activities. — locality, globality: a place that integrates scouts, Poles, tourists, but also the local community of Bork Fałęcki, Krakowians. — the substantive presentation of the exhibition, which will affect not only understanding the way it was, but also on the creation of the recipient’s ties with the presented stories, people, themes, and will create a platform for reflection – showing that scouting can be an attractive way to shape a young man in the present times – a place where young people can learn from seniors, but also vice versa youth will be able to transfer their competences (linked to the digitisation point, the role of older people). The collection, currently numbering approx. 5 thousand items, mainly from gifts and messages, are divided into two parts: museums and archival and library materials.     Celem projektu jest odnawianie materialnego dziedzictwa kulturowego i przekształcanie i włączanie go do nowej roli społecznej za pomocą adaptacji zachowanych części Fortu 52 A Łapianka (wpis do rejestru zab. w. małop.dla utworzenia Muzeum i centrum Ruchu Harcerskiego - nowoczesnej, multimedialnej placówki kulturalnej, opartej na kontekstowym ujęciu historycznym, dialogu międzypokoleniowym i międzykulturowym, dziedzictwie niepodległościowym harcerstwa, będącej ważną wizytówką harcerstwa, Krakowa i Polski. - ujęcie tematyki harcerskiej w innowacyjny, narracyjny sposób, pokazanie jak ważnym ruchem społecznym było i jest harcerstwo - szeroki program edukacyjny na rzecz świadomego obywatelstwa (misja obywatelska), roli obywatela we współczesnym świecie, współczesnych form patriotyzmu w kontekście historycznym - gromadzenie, opracowywanie, popularyzowanie zbiorów o tematyce harcerskiej - powołanie miejsca spotkań, dialogu, wymiany doświadczeń, aktywności. - lokalność, globalność: miejsce, które integruje wokół siebie harcerzy, Polaków, turystów, ale także lokalną społeczność Borku Fałęckiego, Krakowian. - ujęcie merytoryczne ekspozycji, które wpłynie nie tylko na rozumienie tego, jak było, ale także na powstanie więzi odbiorcy z prezentowanymi historiami, ludźmi, tematami, oraz stworzy płaszczyznę do refleksji - pokazanie, że harcerstwo może być atrakcyjnym sposobem na ukształtowanie młodego człowieka w obecnych czasach - miejsce, w którym ludzie młodzi będą mogli uczyć się od seniorów, ale także vice versa młodzież będzie mogła przekazać swoje kompetencje (związane np. z cyfryzacją, pomocą osobom starszym) – rola więzi Punkt wyjścia, fundament do stworzenia ekspozycji to Kolekcja Harcerska MHMK. Kolekcja, licząca obecnie ok. 5 tys. pozycji, głównie z darów i przekazów, dzieli się na dwie części: muzealia i materiały archiwalno-biblioteczne.
