The aim of the project is to improve the quality of life of residents and create conditions for increased employment through comprehensive implementation of three projects, i.e.: reconstruction of the market and giving it new (cultural) functions, development of Jordan Park and development of the area around DOKiS in Dobrodzień. The project’s material scope includes: 1. Feasibility study. 2. It’s a project documentation. 3. Investor Supervision 4. Revitalisation of the market in Dobrodzień – reconstruction of the market square. 5. Development of Jordan Park. 6. Development of the area around DOKiS. 7. Promotion of the project. Measurable indicators – L-ba supported infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas – 3 pieces, – Over areas covered by revitalisation – 12.5456 ha, – Open space created or rehabilitated in urban areas – 7000 m², – Number of objects adapted to the needs of people with disabilities – 1 pieces. The project will be implemented outside NATURA 2000. The planned project is not included in the catalogue of investments that can always have a significant impact on the environment, does not require a decision on environmental conditions and does not require an environmental impact assessment. The project envisages removing all the architect’s barriers, including the location of two slipways that will enable people with disabilities to benefit fully.     Projekt „Rewitalizacja miasta Dobrodzień poprzez przebudowę placu rynku, zagospodarowanie terenu wokół Dobrodzieńskiego Ośrodka Kultury i Sportu oraz zagospodarowanie Parku Jordanowskiego w Dobrodzieniu” polega na realizacji 3 przedsięwzięć rewitalizacyjnych, wynikających z LPR dla Miasta Dobrodzień, stanowiącego załącznik do Uchwały XX/162/2016 RM w Dobrodzieniu z dnia 28 11 2016 r. Lokalizacja projektu: Gmina Dobrodzień, powiat oleski. Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców i stworzenia warunków do wzrostu zatrudnienia poprzez kompleksową realizację trzech przedsięwzięć tj: przebudowy rynku i nadanie mu nowych funkcji (kulturalnych), zagospodarowanie Parku Jordanowskiego oraz zagospodarowanie terenu wokół DOKiS w Dobrodzieniu. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: 1. Studium Wykonalności. 2. Dokumentacja projektowa. 3. Nadzór inwestorski 4. Rewitalizacja rynku w Dobrodzieniu – przebudowa placu rynku. 5. Zagospodarowanie Parku Jordanowskiego. 6. Zagospodarowanie terenu wokół DOKiS. 7. Promocja projektu. Wskaźniki mierzalne - L-ba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach – 3 szt., - Pow. obszarów objętych rewitalizacją – 12,5456 ha, - Otwarta przestrzeń utworzona lub rekultywowana na obszarach miejskich – 7000 m2, - Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 1 szt. Przedmiotowy projekt będzie realizowany poza obszarami NATURA 2000. Planowane przedsięwzięcie nie znajduje się w katalogu inwestycji mogących zawsze znacząco oddziaływać na środowisko, nie wymaga uzyskania decyzji o środowiskowych uwarunkowaniach i nie wymaga przeprowadzenia oceny oddziaływania na środowisko. W ramach projektu przewiduje się zniwelowanie wszelkich barier architekt., w tym lokalizację dwóch pochylni ,które umożliwią pełne korzystanie osobom z niepełnosprawnościami. Projektowana przestrzeń objęta jest ochroną konserwatorską na podst. dokumentu Prezydium Wojewódzkiej Rady Narodowej z dnia 14.03.1953 r. (Polish)
