Zakres projektu obejmuje: 1. Przygotowanie PFU 2. Przebudowę istniejącego zabytkowego budynku usługowo-biurowego (kamienicy) zlokalizowanego w Opolu przy ul. Damrota 1 / Krakowskiej 49 ujętego w rejestrze zabytków woj. opolskiego pod numerem 188/2012. Zadanie poza pracami budowlanymi i instalacyjnymi obejmuje również zakup niezbędnego z punktu widzenia prawidłowej realizacji projektu wyposażenia obiektu (sprzęt, umeblowanie); 3. Rewitalizację ulicy Krakowskiej /od Placu Wolności do ulicy Damrota oraz skweru przy ulicy Damrota w raz z przygotowaniem dokumentacji i nadzorem autorskim 4. Nadzór inwestorski i autorski dot. kamienicy 5. Nadzór inwestorski (skwer i ul. Krakowska) 6. Promocja projektu 7.
