Niniejszy projekt pozwoli Wnioskodawcy zwiększyć dostępność oraz podwyższyć jakość świadczeń medycznych oferowanych na terenie woj.opolskiego. Sposobem na osiągnięcie tego celu ma być inwestycja w nowoczesną aparaturę medyczną o określonych parametrach. Grupą docelową planowanych działań stanowić będą głównie dotychczasowi pacjenci Wnioskodawcy (przy jednoczesnym założeniu, iż zwiększona efektywność świadczeń medycznych pozwoli przede wszystkim na utrzymanie pacjentów w przychodni, a możliwe, że również na rozszerzenie zasięgu o nowych zainteresowanych). Montaż nowoczesnego sprzętu medycznego zapewni wyższy niż obecnie poziom obsługi pacjentów oraz zwiększy ich komfort (w trakcie badań,dzięki wysokiej efektywności i funkcjonalności nowych urządzeń). Zaplanowane w projekcie działania obejmują nabycie specjalistycznej aparatury medycznej (USG, USG przenośne, EKG, EKG przenośne, spirometr, holter, bieżnia do wysiłku,defibrylator), a otrzymane wsparcie ukierunkowane jest na problemy zdrowotne dorosłych i dzieci określone w zał.do rozporządzenia Min.Zdrowia w sprawie świadczeń gwarantowanych z zakresu POZ jakie zakontraktowane z NFZ ma Wnioskodawca, z głównym uwzględnieniem chorób cywilizacyjnych. Realizacja zaplanowanych działań będzie miała miejsce w siedzibie Wnioskodawcy, gdzie w ramach swojej jednostki lokalnej (NZOZ VITA w Nysie) udziela świadczeń medycznych, tj. przy ul. Piłsudskiego 47 w Nysie w okresie od 01.06.2018r. do 31.01.2019r. Efektem projektu będzie m.in. ulepszenie usług zdrowotnych dostępnych na regionalnym rynku poprzez zwiększenie dostępności oraz jakości oferowanych świadczeń medycznych. Produktami powstałymi w wyniku realizacji będzie poniesienie nakładów finansowych (334 208,00 PLN) przez 1 z podmiotów leczniczych świadczących usługi zdrowotne z zakresu POZ, znajdujących się na terenie województwa opolskiego (przy wsparciu dotacyjnym wynoszącym 85%), mające na celu objęcie ulepszonymi usługami zdrowotnymi jak najszerszą grupę odbiorców (11 400os. This project will enable the Applicant to increase the availability and quality of medical services offered in the Polish Voivodeship. A way to achieve this goal is to invest in modern medical equipment with specific parameters. The target group of the planned actions will be mainly the applicants’ existing patients (at the same time assuming that the increased effectiveness of medical services will allow, above all, to keep patients in the clinic, and possibly also to extend the coverage to new stakeholders). The installation of modern medical equipment will ensure a higher level of patient service than currently and will increase their comfort (in the course of the tests, thanks to the high efficiency and functionality of new devices). The activities planned in the project include the acquisition of specialised medical equipment (USG, portable ultrasound, ECG, portable ECG, spirometer, holter, work treadmill, defibrillator), and the received support is aimed at the health problems of adults and children defined in the Annex to the Regulation Min.Health on GP guaranteed benefits contracted with the NFZ the Applicant, with the main consideration of civilisation diseases. Implementation of planned activities will take place at the seat of the Applicant, where within its local unit (NZOZ VITA in Nysa) it provides medical services, i.e. at ul. Piłsudski 47 in Nysa in the period from 01.06.2018 to 31.01.2019 The project will, among other things, improve health services available on the regional market by increasing the availability and quality of medical services offered. Products resulting from the implementation will be incurred financial outlays (PLN 334 208.00) by 1 medical entities providing health services in the field of GE, located in the Opole Voivodship (with grant support of 85 %), aimed at covering the widest possible group of recipients with improved health services (11 400os.
