Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa MilooElectronics poprzez zdobycie nowych rynków zbytu. W celu przygotowania firmy na prezentację swojej oferty na nowych rynkach zagranicznych została opracowana strategia działalności międzynarodowej. W sposób pełny przedstawia ona możliwości przedsiębiorstwa oraz jego atuty.Przedsiębiorstwo przygotuje do wdrożenia na nowych rynkach swoich produktów. Dotychczas firma nie prowadziła działań sprzedażowych na rynku brytyjskim, irlandzkim oraz francuskim. Firma jednak wysyła już swoje produktu do 10 krajów więc posiada doświadczenie w działalności eksportowej. W wyniku rozszerzenie ekspansji na nowe rynki zagraniczne zaplanowano przeprowadzenie następujących działań: Opracowanie Strategii działalności międzynarodowej Opracowanie koncepcji markiWizerunku przedsiębiorstwa na wybranych rynkach zaprojektowania materiałów marketingowych, itd. Udział w targach branżowych LightBuilding 2018 we Frankfurcie nad Menem w ramach tej grupy zadań przewiduje się m.in. wynajem powierzchni wystawowej, obsługę techniczną targów, transport zabudowy i eksponatów.
